I think one other review griped about false medical claims. My view is that alternative therapy can always have an element of voodoo and it might not work for some. I've found it great personally but I don't believe for a second claims of elevated calorie burn etc. Give it a try. First two sessions are $60 or $30 a piece which is a great deal.

Tonight, I took a Flext class with Scarlett Salem and wow this class was soooo good and definitely my speed. It was heated and we did a lot of really great hip and low back stretches that I love and need. Instructor was very good, very clear and I enjoyed every minute of this class! 10/10! The heat was set just right and I still sweated a lot but also got in a really deep stretch session but not to the point where I felt it was overwhelming.
