I've been seeing them for 3 months following a major sports injury, then re-injury, and they are unlike any other PT I've been to. The practice is all individual treatment rooms surrounding the equipment and machine area, so it is very private for most of your appointment. Much of your time is spent with them doing hands-on techniques, and they switch it up depending upon what you need that day. Sounds pretty simple I know, but that's not how it always works at many physical therapy practices. You don't just go in and do your exercises and see the PT for five minutes at the end like a PT factory. Ridgeview truly cares about their patients, you can feel it and see it. They quickly and efficiently determined a plan to get me back to my normal self. They were able to individually work on both my knee and my elbow but in a timely manner within my allotted one hour sessions. Everyone that I worked with was very nice and professional. Staff fixed this when I brought it to their attention, but I am uncomfortable with how they handle patient information. I found the lack of privacy during the appointment additionally uncomfortable. I have never before been to a chiropractor where you're adjusted on a table in the middle of a room in clear view of other patients. And, the final disappointment of my visit was that the doctor spent less than five minutes with me. The first ten minutes they stuck me on a water bed, then I had approximately three minutes of doctor adjustment, then was told to come back later in the week. I wasn't able to continue visiting due to scheduling conflicts, but I won't plan on returning anytime in the future regardless of my schedule. The staff was nice and Dr. Palamone seemed enthusiastic and efficient, but this wasn't the place for me.

Everyone from the front desk (Jan and Becky), to the therapy coach (Katie), to the other therapists in the room (Austin and Greg), made me feel at home and encouraged every time I went in. I really really like him as a chiropractor. He gave me my treatment plan upfront along with the costs. He sat me down an explained everything to me. I really like how nice everyone is and how flexible they are here. I work until 5 and I come from Robinson and they always squeeze me in at the end of the night so I'm not left out. He even has availability on Saturday. I'm not finished with my scheduled treatment so I'll have to update this review once I'm finished and hopefully feeling all better.
