Just had carpet installed today and so in love! A few months back we had gone to Greatway to select our carpet- they let us bring home boards and swatches to keep for a few days and see how it would look in the space/different lighting. A few trips back and forth with different options and we finally chose something. Al came over to measure and we scheduled installation back in March. Due to COVID19, we all agreed to postpone the installation and the timing felt safe now. Jose and his partner showed up in masks and gloves today to install and did a perfect job. My contractor installed a lot of flooring in my new house. Our kitchen floor started to peel and the tiles started to separate. Al the owner came out to our house himself and put in a claim with the manufacturer for the defective tiles. It took a while for the new tiles to come in because of Covid. It was well worth the wait. Greatway installed the new floor themselves, and even though our contractor was competent Greatway did a much better job. Each tile was individually glued down and correctly applied. All of the molding and furniture that had to be taken out and replaced was done perfectly. I strongly recommend this company. They were receptive to our needs and worked as quickly as they could to rectify the problem. The floor looks beautiful and we are very satisfied. read more

We had laminate flooring installed a couple of days ago. I was initially going to get hardwood, but the cost of wide plank hardwood flooring was very expensive. And I really had my heart set on wide plank. Also, I was apprehensive about the varying lengths, color differences and irregularities that I would most likely encounter with wood. Plus, laminate is supposed to be easier to maintain (scratches, etc). The fact that laminate is less expensive was a bonus, but not the reason I finally chose it. I could not be happier. We chose COREtec. It looks beautiful. It was just what I wanted and I absolutely could not be happier. Al, the owner and Mike, his associate, were wonderful. They allowed us to bring a couple of samples home so we could see how they look in our space. Jorge and Jose did the installation and it is perfect. Just perfect. I was very apprehensive because putting in a new floor in the foyer and living room is a big deal to me and I wanted to love it. And I do. I love it. I am so glad we chose Greatway. read more

Just last month had three bedrooms carpeted by Greatway Carpets.. Contacted them 3 times. 2 times left messages and 1 time actually spoke to Al...Nothing yet... Really!!!!
