New owner does not offer competitive prices, or even keeps the place open on the hours posted. I've been there at noon on Saturday (they said open till 2, even on phone) and they've been closed because owner says he's got a party to be at. Every Saturday? Apparently. I bought tires there recently. They lost my purchase again in the "new" computer system. I got 4 new tires but they damaged the one sensor and valve stem. I ended up at another tire place because I was a few counties away and 10lbs low. They found the issue and said it was damaged from installing the tires. Wholesale REFUSED to reimburse me even though the slip was written up by the other tire place about the damage and how it was done. DONT GO THERE ANYMORE!!

They (Nissan of North Olmsted) came out forthright and said that they would not want me to purchase a new rim from Nissan because it is $1,000. They recommended going around finding someone who could refurbish your rim or else get a rim from a salvage yard. I asked for recommendations and this was the first card he gave me. He said he heard good things about them. I drove straight there and was totally impressed. Alloy was the only shining bright light on this day. He could repair the rim, solder it back to shape and the cost would be $200. It was available by noon the next day for pick-up. A pleasure to deal with - Greg, the general manager, seemed to be the only one in the office. He seemed to handle everyone professionally (men, women, phone calls, etc.). They do a lot of high-end cars that are getting customized rims - tons of Mercedes there. I highly would recommend a visit there for your wheel needs!
