The boneless wings had plenty of sauce and were also delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly when we were ordering food. All our food came out within 15-20 minutes. This place was great! We were driving from Grand Rapids from Kalamazoo on a mini vacation and wanted to grab a quick pizza on the way to the hotel. This was the highest rated pizza place I saw around GR. I called and they were super friendly and answered all my questions. Everyone's review insisted the pepperoni bites were amazing, so we ordered those, cinnamon bites, Nonnas specialty & a great deal 14" one toppingfor $7.99 (half cheese half hamburger for the kids). Kids loved the pizza and hubs loved the pepperoni bites. 4 stars because we got there on time from when they said it would be ready and our pizza was under a warmer and wasn't super warm when we got it to the hotel, which is a little bit of a bummer AND there were lots of cinnamon bites and a tiny packet of frosting. It was a little difficult to open the frosting being in a hotel with no scissors, there wasn't enough frosting. I wish I would have thought to ask for plates. Anyway, we really liked it here! We ordered via phone for pick up (because we have lost all faith that any Uber eats drivers actually pick up full orders in its entirety and deliver what you pay for... and don't actually give you refunds when you don't get what you order, but I digress). They do have in-house delivery but they deliver within a 5-mile radius and we are but .2 miles outside of that perimeter. Ordering went smoothly, pick up was timely, staff were very kind, restaurant was clean with maybe 4 tables that could seat 8-10 patrons. Now, onto the food: We ordered 14" Cheese, 12" Chicken Alfredo, and the chocolate cake slice. I actually decided to post because, unfortunately, no one had yet to post a photo of the cake and I needed this affirmation for my purchase. I assume there are more like me out there so here you go! The cheese and sauce were perfect. Flavor was great, not too saucy and not that stringy kinda cheese. It was not a floppy crust or greasy kinda pizza if that's what you're looking for but I really enjoyed not having to dab the pizza of superfluous oils. It was just right. The Alfredo pizza had great flavor and we enjoyed every bite. Now let's talk about the chocolate cake. The slice isn't huge but it is enough for two to split. It is super moist with three thick layers of chocolate icing that really tasted more like I should be identifying it as a ganache. If you were questioning whether or not the calories are worth it, do it. Your tummy will thank you. read more

The gentleman in the back, preparing food, has a beard that appears to be in close proximity to the food, raising concerns about hair contamination. Furthermore, the female staff members have long hair that is not tied back, and they are not wearing hairnets or gloves. The employees are observed socializing and joking, which detracts from the ambiance. It is questionable whether it is standard practice to compensate staff for standing idle, consuming beverages in front of customers, and engaging in frivolous conversation. The overall cleanliness is subpar. The lady in the back, with her hair tied up and wearing pink headphones, appears to be in a state of dishevelment. The food, purportedly Italian, falls short of expectations. The aroma and flavor of the sauce are unappetizing. Would I return? No. Would I recommend it? No. read more

Greco's is consistently good, and is the best non-chain pizza I have found anywhere on the south side of GR. The pepperoni rolls are particularly amazing! I wouldn't order from there without getting the pepperoni rolls. From the specialty pizzas, I really love the Southsider and the Hot Hawaii. One tip: I have started to ask for my pizza well-done so it is cooked just a bit longer, and it is even better. The cheese is a bit more golden and crispy. I recommend! Lots of different intriguing combinations but I settled on the Hot Hawaiian and loved it. You can order individually sized pizzas ala Blaze or larger sizes for groups. We ordered a Mediterranean salad, cheesy bread, and their 14" 3 topping special. The pizza has garlic sauce, sausage, mushroom, green pepper, and Italian seasoning. They told me 25-30min and when I arrived within 25mjn, it was ready to go! The pizza smelled amazing the whole way home and I couldn't wait to try it. We really enjoyed everything we ordered. I loved that the cheesy bread and pizza wasn't dripping in grease and it was cooked enough that it wasn't falling apart when you picked up a piece.
