So, I called again and left a message with someone who appeared to be taking calls during the lunch hour. He said he would give them the message and they would call back. Another week....no calls. I guess if they didn't think the job was profitable enough, maybe they should have at least had the courtesy to let me know so I could get another estimate. Now weeks have passed by and I have to start all over again with new estimates. They were not reliable at all when it came to returning my calls and I never even got an estimate for the work. Many were in tricky locations next to my house or in-between my house and the neighbors'. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about trees and he has a very capable crew of climbers, cutters, trimmers, and chippers. They all communicate and safely operate as an alert and experienced team. The job coordination went well, too. Communication was great - immediate call backs and texts. The crew arrived on time, were professional, polite, and neat. Finally, to my delight, due to my house construction issues, I asked Infinity if they would return many months later to grind out all of the remaining stumps. One tree (an Apple tree) dumped Apples all over the yard from cut down branches. The guys cleaned up all loose branches and left the yard as good as when they arrived. He decided that the perfect thing to yell out of his window was "got a reason to park there. What the f@$k!" At the person that I was dropping off. The thing is that i just dropped him off and I need to get to work because I myself was in a hurry so i was not just sitting there just chilling. He was hired to plow the the snow not to yell at the customers in the plaza.
