The result was an open, neater landscape with a lot more sunshine and space for the long unused vegetable garden. He arrived when he said he would to review the work. As we walked around the property he listened to what I wanted, made very good suggestions for things I had not considered and gave me a feeling of confidence that he knew the subject matter. He and his team arrived precisely on time the day of the removal. They trimmed, cut and wood chipped all the trees in a very orderly fashion which made me feel the job was always under control. When they were finished Paul and I briefly walked around to review the results. Excellent work! Hardly a leaf or twig left on the ground and a new, beautiful, bigger backyard! He humored my 8-year-old son when my son told him that the larger the truck the bigger the turn radius... or something to that effect, my incredibly smart son said it way better I just did lol. His employees were also very kind, very friendly, respectful, and clean. We gave them A cooler filled with cold bottled water & a bag with other empty cans and the recycling bin. They all made sure to clean up after themselves. Jim was happy to whatever we asked with the wood chips and the trees. Our trees had "vines" growing around the trees. The vines were the size of smaller trees so when I say it was a big job I'm not exaggerating. We will most definitely need more trees removed in the near future and I know exactly who we will be calling. Jim! Especially since we paid exactly what we were quoted! I initially only wanted him to remove the dead limbs on my maple tree but he noticed the entire tree was not healthy and recommended we take down the entire tree or else it could eventually split in half. This was a major and risky 3 large tree removal job tight between two houses. They took amazing care of the properties and brought in significant equipment to make the job as easy as possible, for a not-easy job! They not only performed skillful and flawlessly, but they went as far as preserving very close ornamental trees! It top it off, they not only cleaned up all of the mess from both properties, including decks, etc. but they also blew all of the leaves from each yard and took it all away!!
