Me and my wife had appointments, separate doctors for teeth cleaning, my wife is Filipino and I am American, when I got done with my cleaning I was happy with the service and simply asked the doctor what the cost of teeth whiting is, she gave me the price and gave a small explanation of the process, less than 3 minute talk. We got separate bills, mine was double compared to my wife's bill because of the "consultation" of asking a price on teeth whitening! I got scammed a few years ago. Ordered $80 of pants (2 pair) and only received one. The invoice said the other pair was back ordered. I got a huge run around trying to get in contact them until I finally got in contact with the owner's sister via email just for her to claim that they've been delivered and demanded to see pictures of the invoice that said "backorder," but after I sent the pics she stopped responding completely and ghosted me. I just wanted a refund for the pants I never received, but I'll never do business with them again. I proceeded to report them to the BBB but I got a letter from the BBB a few weeks later saying they can't find the company or it doesn't exist (not in this country atleast) Super shady. Horrible company. I used to love their products. They have gone downhill massively. The fabric is no longer quality fabric. It is cheap see-through fabric with impurities. It seems they started making money and got really greedy. So you pay the same price for a lower quality product. Then they continue to say that I'm the only one, which obviously by all these reviews is not the case. I have got nowhere through my BBB complaint. They still continue to say I'm the problem. I'm afraid I have to join the crowd of others who have received shitty customer service from this company. It sucks, too, because I really love their products and what they stand for! They are comfortable and sustainable and all that good stuff...too bad that don't give a crap about customer service. Basically I've received several empty promises from employees who work for the company. I ordered a pair of leggings in June and one of them emailed me to say they were out of that size (even though I had paid and everything-weird) and said she'd ship them out as soon as they became available. Fast forward to August-no word, nothing. So I email them with an angry email and someone responds the next day saying they'll ship them out the next day. Then...nothing. Crickets. I also had sent them an email pre-pandemic about a package that had never arrived and STILL haven't heard back from them. So, my last communication with them is just saying that I'd like a refund for BOTH of the items and that they could expect a bad review. Update: After many days of no contact from Celeste, the customer service person, she finally got back to me saying they had received my returned order and now were going to send me my correct order. This entire situation could have been avoided had Celeste had better communication and told me my order would not be shipped until the incorrect order was returned/processed. The leggings are nice and fit well. Not sure how they will hold up long-term as I've just only received them. While I think the product is decent, this lack of professionalism and clear communication from the sole Customer Service representative (as far as I understand it) makes me not want to purchase from this company again. read more

I don't trust them. June 15, 2020: I received a pair of capri leggings that didn't have side pockets. I ordered the Dakota Capri Utility Legging with side pockets. I have contacted them via their website email client the day they were delivered, messaged them on facebook, called their facebook number, and called their number on PayPal. I haven't received any word. The number on facebook is no longer available, and the number on paypal is a number for Go Go Charter Bus. They have looked at my messages on Facebook, but haven't responded to me. June 16, 2020: They called me from a different number and wanted me to text them back about the issue. They issued me a return label that I used to send back the leggings for a refund. July 1, 2020: The package was delivered on 6/22/2020, over a week ago. I texted them again, and they haven't responded. I then went ahead and escalated the claim to PayPal for them to review. About 5 minutes later the company then texted back saying that I needed to close the case against them in order to receive my refund. If I did that then PayPal wouldn't have been able to give me my refund and they would have then been able to keep my money. read more

I have stupidly been a customer of Green Apple Active for years. I have had previous problems with their Customer service, but they had always been (eventually) resolved, so I kept buying. This time, I ordered 3 mystery boxes with three items. They took my money for all 9 items. They sent me 3 items. On the packing slip they had crossed out 3 mystery boxes, and written in 1. But I never got any explanation from them as to why. No email saying, "sorry, we are out of stock". or "sorry you can only order one" no refund, nothing. The 1 star is for their customer service not their products. I ordered over a month ago from their UK store, and only just now I am seeing that my package was shipped. Glopal, their shipping service/tracking site, recommended contacting Green Apple, as they said it was unusual to have not received my package at their hub after a week. I have been waiting for a response both from their "chat" (what a joke that is), and their email. The only response I received from the chat was weeks ago. They said that the order number I sent them was not an order number! I had pulled this verbatim from an email, so I sent them a screenshot of the exact email, stating my order number, as I had written. I received no response, of course. These people have no idea how to run a business in regards to customer service. I still do like their bamboo flares, BUT even the quality on those has gone down. The fabric pills up with lint, and is thinner. I am more quickly wearing out the thighs. They also got rid of the Pippy utility, which was my favourite of those styles, but that is beside the point. read more

They lasted me several years - still have them, in fact, but I only use them to lay around the house as they're very worn. When I finally had the money to buy more at full price, I bought bamboo capris and black leggings in another fabric. They both got holes in them along the seams within a couple washes. I love this product but the customer service was very disappointing. I have a many of their items but the ONE time I need to return something, its been "processing" for over 2 months. Celeste emailed me a month later after i sent an email inquiry about my return. She said she would look into it and I never heard back after I sent 2 more followup emails 2 weeks later, then another 2 weeks later. I work with ECommerce businesses for a living and this company wont last with this kind of service as they are destroying any chance of brand loyalty. I've read about other customers not receiving their refund after trying to return, so I'm really unsure what to do at this point.
