This review is for an online pickup. One guy was helping a customer checkout, and another worker came up to me asking if I had a question. I told her I was there for an order pickup. She just checked my ID and printed the receipt, and I was on my way. It took less than 2 minutes total. Very efficient and worth it since my therma leggings were only $5 (after their birthday sale and a $25 credit for a late delivery). Would recommend for pickup. I absolutely love going into the store. Every time I go in I find a several items I love. Make sure if it's your first time and you sign up get as much as you can it's the best saving offer and you get a whole new wardrobe. I will say I prefer going in rather than the website sometimes. They also offer sometimes while outfits for your monthly price. But I've only gotten them while shopping in person, got to see if I can do it online also. Quality of clothing is excellent. This rating is for the store, specifically. I will discuss online though at the conclusion. I walked in the store and there were masks and hand sanitizer upon entry. I was greeted by three of the ladies there, friendly and positive vibe. The store was clean and they practiced social distancing throughout my shopping experience. Natalie assisted me greatly with my exchange and the manager was helpful with my orders as they didn't have anything I ordered in stock. I was able to find a few things with the help of Jessica and Natalie. Now regarding the website ... that is a whole different story. Nothing is ever in stock even mins after it drops. They don't make enough sizes in general but I noticed this more when I tried to exchange my sizes. They really need a reserve on sizes for exchanges bc this is getting ridiculous. I ordered sets and now bc the bras didn't fit (all fit differently) I don't have anything that matches. Also like everyone said customer service is a JOKE. It is usually a man that doesn't answer your questions and or is not listening. The wait time on the phone was 2 hours (only reason I waited is bc I fell asleep lol). I loved the store but if they don't start making more sizes I will be canceling my membership. It doesn't make sense that everything is always sold out and never restocks (chances are SLIM). The product itself isn't fantastic and the quality you get for the price you pay is subpar. Whenever I do find something I like, I find out it comes with another item I don't like (or I pay individually and it's like $70 for a sweater). It's not functional activewear, and their sizing is is terrible if you're short. The waistbands don't come with drawstrings so either my waist is too loose or my thighs are too tight, or the pant is too long because I'm 5'2. Short inseams are rare to find in-store. Sadly, I'm stuck with a bunch of credits so I went into this location to see if I could find a few salvageable items so I can finally quit this terrible subscription. I didn't find anything but this store's saving grace is one of its employees, Jessica. Great customer service, very friendly, sweet, and helpful. I work out pretty much daily or at least find myself in workout clothes on a regular basis because they are cute and comfy. I have been to Fabletics website and have been impressed, but never purchased there because in order to get any kind of deal other than a sale item, you must be a VIP. I love clothes, but a monthly subscription just isn't my thing. However, I have been to this location a few times and the clothes are always so cute. I really like how the store is laid out, the variety of styles they care, and the sales associates that have always been helpful. I own about a dozen items from here. Some were purchased during a weekend in-store sale and others I paid full price for. My favorite items are the short black capri's that fall just below the knee and the sports bras with the cute criss-cross back that come in a variety of colors. Of all the items I purchased, I had 1 issue with a strap that was broken on an item I just bought and didn't try on. When I went to exchange it (tags still on), it was quick and easy. The reason I can't quite give this place 5 stars is because several of the pants I tried in various colors other than black were to see through when I bent over. Also, some of the cuts with the cutest patterns or colors just have the most awkward cut (usually very high waited) for someone on the shorter side at 5'3". All in all, I enjoy shopping here and will continue even if I can't always get the things that catch my eye most. read more

Call was disconnected. 2nd attempt: Your call could not be completed 3rd attempt: I got shuffled to gift card department Gift Card Department: We don't handle gift cards. You need to call the main company. 4th attempt: They finally agreed to re-send the email to my sister and a confirmation email to me. INSTEAD, they sent a very unceremonial email to me with the gift code number, with my sister copied on it. The gift card message I had written was no longer there. 5th attempt to call customer service: They cannot understand what my issue is and just keep saying, "yes, maam we will help your sister get an account set up." or "Yes, we will help you cancel your membership." read more

EVERY time I try to use my credits (that I paid for), the order goes through but then I get an email that Fabletics has cancelled the order, and they claim that my 'bank declined the transaction'. I've called my bank every time this has happened (because there's no way it should ever happen), and they said every time that it was false and canceled by the merchant. So basically Fabletics doesn't want you to get what you paid for. They're perfectly fine taking your money consistently every month (and they just announced they are raising their prices) but then when you want to use your credits, it's a no go. Also they charge an import tax, which is laughable. In addition, they constantly advertise things that they don't carry, or promotions that are no longer available just to get you to their website. I can't believe any celebrity would associate their name or brand with this company, or that they haven't been shut down. They won't just give you your money back. If you cancel your subscription, you lose all your money. They encourage people to contact them via email or social media but then never respond. I was also told by one of their associates that they don't monitor their email or social media accounts. read more

beware of their $49.95 charge! i went on the live chat to cancel a vip membership in june. i purchased some items in august thinking i was signed in as a "guest" not a "vip member" and the next month i got charged $49.95 for the vip membership fee. spoke to a representative and got hung up on. called back and matt was very helpful in cancelling my membership & refunding my money. this is one of those companies that will get you with the "terms & conditions" so if you plan to be with this company prepare yourself to read thoroughly to avoid any confusion! i wll no longer be purchasing from fabletics due to horrible costumer service! rather put my money elsewhere in a company that handles situations better! read more

I was told I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for a refund. Kailey C was the only good thing about my experience but I can't wait to cancel my membership. Florentino L. really needs some more training and to be taught communication. After Kailey helped me I came back and tried to return some leggings that did not fit correctly. Florentino helped me and said he would return them as store credit and use that credit for the exchange. When I came back and returned the new leggings again because they did not fit the way I was expecting, I was helped by Florentino again and was told I would not be able to get a refund because they were bought with store credit. How was I supposed to know this if nobody told me this would happen? In attempt to use the store credit my boyfriend tried to purchase two items for their 2 for $24 deal and after he set up an account with them, then Florentino decides to let us know we can't use my store credit... though I made it clear from the beginning that we intended to use the store credit to purchase them. So I decided to call customer service, they did not want to refund the money to my card but apparently the best they could do is send me a check within 4 to 6 business weeks. Insane. read more

The store itself was nice. The people there were very helpful. My review is more for Fabletics in general, but I put it under this store because this is where I signed up for the VIP membership. The quality of their pants are not up to par. They are cheaply made. The tag from their pants actually made a hole in the crotch area and caused the pants that I purchased to have a tear even before wearing them. They gladly exchanged them for me, since I thought to give it another go, but I was not happy with the pants. They were loose on the bottom instead of being a more fitted legging. And I was not happy with the quality. Their sports bras, however have been holding up and have really cute designs. This is where the downfall of my Fabletics experience began. I missed one "skip" during the previous month and knew that I would potentially forget to use the credits/money the following month. So there was a sale going on at the time, and I found some cute tops and sports bras that I was excited to add to my cart. I was trying to use the credit I accrued from forgetting to skip earlier that month. Come to find out at checkout, the $49.95 credit that was on my account could not be applied to sale items! I was not very pleased with that. If I have $49.95 charged on my card that I paid for, shouldn't I be able to buy whatever I want? So this is what led me to cancel my membership. Another reason for my below average rating is because of the service I received upon calling their Customer Service department. The person that I spoke to on June 29 @ 1:05pm informed me that she would help me cancel my VIP membership. I was worried because it was the 29th and July was approaching around the corner. I made sure to ask her if my membership is definitely cancelled because the first week of the month was near and I didn't want to be charged for forgetting to "skip" (even though my membership at that point should've been cancelled.) She assured me that it was cancelled. Come to find out today, July 10th as I reviewed my checking account, that $49.95 was charged on my account. I am not happy. So, I just spoke with Ann today, who is assuring me that my membership is cancelled. The customer service I received was beyond anything I have ever encountered in retail. Everyone was extremely friendly and personable. I immediately felt like family. I did sign up for a membership to take advantage of the discounts, which I HIGHLY recommend. All you have to do is remember to go online, log in and skip the month to avoid being charged the monthly fee, which was explained to me when I signed up.
