From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly communicative and professional. They created a group chat with my husband and me, which made it easy to stay informed, ask questions, and receive updates throughout the process. Ramon and his team also did an excellent job coordinating showings. They ensured we had the ability to approve or decline requests based on our schedule and convenience, which gave us time to prepare and made the process much less stressful. When we eventually received an offer, due to our personal financial circumstances we were facing the possibility of bringing money to closing. (This situation was entirely unrelated to Ramon or his team and was simply the result of not having paid down enough of our mortgage) Ramon was generous enough to voluntarily reduce his commission, which helped us walk away from the sale with money in our pockets. That act alone speaks volumes about his character, integrity, and commitment to his clients. Ramon genuinely cares about the people he represents and consistently puts their best interests first. Despite a slower condo market in our area, he successfully got our property sold and guided us through every challenge with professionalism and compassion. She knows her area, which is, wherever there's real estate to be bought and or sold . I loved how she was there early to the appointment or open house to meet the seller's agent. Janet's experience, knowledge and expertise is extremely valuable. If it wasn't for her vast knowledge of real estate- the law, construction and negotiating, I know we wouldn't be in the house we are in now. We closed in November 2025 in Lakewood. She had to understand how probate works and deal with 8 or more heirs listed on the property. This could've been a lengthy process and a messy one because of probate, heirs and the sellers wanting a quick escrow. She had the inspection, ALL heirs approval, negotiations completed within the three week period and the holidays going on. There were obstacles and a tight time frame, Janet was still able to get us closing costs, one year warranty and additional money for repairs. The seller's agent accepted our bid because of Janet and Harmon Homes respected reputation in the field. He turned down offers and other bids because of the trust and respect for her, from their initial meeting. We chose to use her recommended lender, who was available ANY time ANY day we had questions. We could've gone to our credit union, but each time we told the lender of the specials the credit union was offering, he "showed us " the small print. For the most part you had to use the credit unions services, realtor and insurance, etc. It helped out using the recommended lender when it came to a short escrow, he was able to immediately give Janet the requested documents when needed to expedite processing. It was honestly a painless process. We would ask Janet's opinion of each house we were interested in bidding on and she would point out the negative on items we didn't think of because we don't work in that field. It was not just the street the house was on but driving to and through the neighborhood, where is the house located in the neighborhood and what is it next to, how to tell if you need a new roof and if rotten wood was painted over or a wet spot was painted over. The best lesson was when there was an addition and she could tell if it was a quality job or if you'll have problems with it later, was it a step down or did they pour concrete to level the floor I would recommend working with Janet only if you want: Quality Honesty HARD WORKING Dedicated Committed No none sense Professionalism and a friend in the end. I forgot to mention in 2016 she sold my mother's home that had to go through probate, it was seamless. She and Harmon Homes are a well rounded agency. I highly recommend them the knowledge is of great value!

The workers she used were so unprofessional one of her workers destroyed my beautiful white rugs and when the gas company came in January to service their old broken down heater and advised it needed to be fixed asap she didn't get it repaired until May. They tried to sabotage me getting into a new house when the other property management company called to verify that I was her tenant she took over a month to reply to them. They are the worst. I wouldn't recommend them to dog. Out of 5 stars I give them a prayer because they need God over GREED.

The carpet has water damage from an old boiler that exploded, and they refuse to replace it. In the bathroom, instead of properly fixing the tile, they just covered it with silicone -- now mold is spreading everywhere in the shower. I have children, and we are being exposed to this mold daily. I've sent them pictures multiple times and still have not received a single call back. What makes it worse is that instead of addressing these serious health and safety issues, they seem more worried about my security camera that I placed outside for my safety. Due to a neighbor that continues to harass me over parking because HPK cannot manage the parking situation!! They completely ignore my other complaints. This management company has shown zero concern for tenant health, safety, or well-being.! Chris should be fired IMMEDIATELY she's extremely unprofessional spreading everyone's business at this apartment complex!
