Before getting started, she let me know the adjustment would cost $15, which I thought was more than fair. While she was preparing to size the watch, I noticed they had several Omega x Swatch Mission watches on display. As a watch enthusiast, it was really cool to finally see them in person. Donna took the time to show them to me and answer my questions. What I appreciated most was that she never tried to pressure me into buying anything. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She then adjusted my watch perfectly, and just as she finished, she surprised me by saying she wasn't going to charge me.
