They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great. I went to the Jewelry Studio to talk to someone about re-sizing 2 rings and plating another. It's a…read moresuper small shop so if they're busy, you may need to wait a bit. I was assisted soon after arriving. I asked for some feedback on the 2 rings needing resizing and why, as well as the plating. The associate was quite helpful and let me know the pros and cons or plating one of the rings. She also explained the resizing process. She had someone evaluate the rings and I was given estimates within the day. My rings were more beat up than expected so I'm glad they were fixed. It was a few days before they were ready but when I picked them up, they looked beautiful. Great job and it was nice that the process about what took place wa thoroughly explained.

I happen to stop by a local jeweler while waiting to get my nails done. I asked to get my enganement and wedding ring appraised. Wedding band was appraised double. Engagememt ring was appraised less that the purchase price. Yes its been 2yrs before I got my rings appraised but I honestly thought the ads were honest about the appraisals been double. Since there claim to only buy clean diamonds. Dec 27 2022 I spoke to the Steve (Mgr) he was very direct, intensive and firmly says that it stated on the back of the receipt that only $3k below is valves double. When I told him you are being firm with me he says you are not letting me talk. You're upset. Yes I'm disappointed. Steve then firmly says will you now let me explain. I said no where in the video ads so it say that. I had also mentioned this saying double the appraisal at Jewelry Exchange in Hackensack,NJ. The jeweler agreed a well. It all boils down to honesty. The man working there was only interested in the value of gold, didn't care about the stones or settings, told me I should sell all of the gold pieces.
