They are extremely rude and incompetent at their job, they never have prescriptions ready when you get the notification that they are or they just flat out don't seem to have the request for it. The line in store is absurd and the drive through line is even worse, it's so bad that it regularly gets to the point where it blocks the flow of traffic going to other businesses form the main road. It's straight up dangerous and they have no care in the world when you do finally make it to the window. There is one African American lady who works there who always gives you nasty looks if you are inside and will always huff and puff and smirk at you when you ask questions in the drive through window, it's just an awful experience dealing with her. If you care about professionalism and would actually like the tedious prescription process to not be any more difficult then please go to CVS.
