One rack was so low it was almost funny. Then, cabinet in bathroom above toilet had unfinished area showing next to finished area on both sides that stuck out of the wall. They wanted me to pay an extra $75 to fix it. This all was noticed same day after installer (who worked alone on 3 different areas all day long) was there to install. The day the new designer came in the designer had a suspicious attitude and she even left the companies computer in the closet and left, she didnt even know she had left the computer we had to call her to come back and get. Staci called us, yelled at us, accused us to be liars and then sent the email below. We didnt not ask for restitution for the missing items. we did NOT ask for a discount or anything. Just a new designer so Staci decided to retaliate by refusing to finish the last wall on the closet and also refuses to sell or install more drawers. Beware an unfinish project devalues property this project was a 30k project and we had already paid 20k. Staci, is ruthless and will cause she will devalue your property is she does not agree with you.

They were thorough and pleasant. They did everything with a minimum of supervision, including Cleaning the entire kitchen and the oven. They wiped down the kitchen and bathroom cabinets as well. The whole house is ready for painting, which starts tomorrow. This was a difficult job with a lot of moving parts. When they started, they were 15 people in the house at the same time. They had to work around the moving company that reset all the furniture in its place and go over places that they had already cleaned again. They were unflappable in their duty and worked around all the chaos going on in the apartment. For the amount of people and work involved, I felt the price was reasonable. This was not a cheap job, but it was worth it. The owner of the company, Richard, was pleasant to work with throughout and was always immediately responsive to all of my anxieties about whether they would show up and on time, etc., etc. .
