I did my review originally back in 2015 right when it happened but was notified today something in the review did not protect privacy , I assume because I had the business address. I have removed that and review and thoughts on this company are still unchanged and I feel the same way, DO NOT USE Green Cleaning Services: They were Unprofessional , unreliable , unreachable by phone or email and confrontational. They missed a scheduled cleaning of our home, tried to charge me more then the agreed amount because they had to clean the home while occupied by the new tenants which had dishes in the sink and pets in the home. They wanted to charge us more for this, they missed the cleaning not me and the tenants where leased to be there at that time. If they had cleaned the home when scheduled none of that would have been an issue. I had tenants arrive to an un cleaned home and they wanted to charge me more for that. I was billed a different amount for the missed cleaning because of this and asked for a correct invoice. This was never sent , then they threatened to sue me for the incorrect invoice amount. One of her email communications to me stated " I lost money to clean your filthy house. " Not my issue, if they had cleaned when scheduled it would not have taken longer to clean as the home would have been un occupied. My most recent communication from the owner today was this: "I have not received payment for cleaning your house in Ocean City. Be advised that if I do not receive payment by Tuesday 10/6/15, I will file a district court complaint and sue you for my money. Green Cleaning Services I don't play. i am not paying to clean your property. Pay your bill." Keep in mind I requested a revised invoice on September 12th 2015 which still had not been sent. I would not use them if you have a rental home. We pride ourselves on having a wonderful luxury home and can not in good conscience hire this company or refer my guest to use them. They made us look bad to our tenants. The did a poor job cleaning , missed a scheduled cleaning , inconvenienced our tenants and never once apologized for their error and attempt to do anything to resolve the problem they caused. I rarely rate a company as poor and give business every opportunity to correct a bad situation. But I have been so shocked by this company I can not NOT provide my feedback.
