I just moved into town on Tuesday before Thanksgiving and woke up cold on Wednesday morning. I discovered one of my furnaces wasn't firing. Could not be any happier! I had another company come out and tell me I needed to replace some duct work because I was not getting any air in the master bedroom but the rest of the house was working fine. The company wouldn't return my phone calls when I pressed for a quote to get it fixed. Some quick yelp work led me to Green comfort. Shawn was running a little late for our appointment and called me to let me know he would be here a few hours later. When he arrived he was in the attic for about 3 minutes before he said "go check it now." And that was that. No replacing duct work, no extensive repairs. His knowledge was obvious he clearly knew what he was doing. As an added bonus he didn't even charge me a service fee because he had to delay our appointment. Called Green comfort to come out and give me an estimate on a complete new A/C system for the house I just bought. Michael came over, spent about 2 hours going through my whole system and told me exactly what the problems were, guy couldn't be more friendly and honest. I decided to go with them for the install but while I was on my 48 hour shift at the fire department my girlfriends parents decided to surprise me and had a system installed paid for by them. I was bummed that I didn't get to use Green Comfort but after the fact, I still had Michael come out and do an inspection on the install and I'm sure glad I did! He found several things that were sub par and my system was just bleeding air into the attic when the ducts were supposed to be sealed by the install company. What was supposed to be a routine inspection turned out to be about a 5 hour job for him late into the night and he was happy to help out. He sealed the ducts completely, placed a sensor where it was actually supposed to go and re did the condensation line so that by the time he left and showed me my system operating on his iPad, everything was running exactly how it should be! This is the kind of customer service that gets you return customers...I even decided to sign up for their maintenance package because I was so happy with the service. We were very impressed with Sean and his team. Replacing the entire heating / AC system is not a project to be taken lightly. It's expensive, and requires a lot of work. We compared several bids, and for the quality products we bought Sean was right on target. We had a good recommendation from a friend and decide to give Green Comfort the work. My wife and myself recently purchased an older home in Riverside, CA and we wanted to get our HVAC system checked out as our property inspector suggested that we get our system inspected as he noticed some items that should be corrected. Sean, the owner of Green Comfort was referred to us by a friend. Sean came out to our home and was very professional and courteous from the beginning and throughout the process. Although Green Comfort is a small mom and pop company, their pricing is very competitive among their competitors if not better. My wife and myself had Sean install new ducting, insulation, and had our HVAC sealed sealed and tuned up. Sean does everything right from the start. He pulled permits with the City to ensure my wife and myself would receive credit for our rebate through Riverside's Whole House Rebate Program. Sean is very thorough and wants to make sure things are right from the start. He tested our system before he started work and our system was leaking by 33% and after Sean completed his work our system only leaked by 4% a drastic change. Our home is much warmer and more energy efficient after all of Sean's work. Sean and his crew removed our old ducting, insulation & furnace and replaced it with all new and improved ducting, insulation and furnace. To just say it does not begin to describe what he did. We went from small, flimsy, tin-foil like ducts to huge ducts you could almost crawl through! We went from no insulation on the ducts to a value of R-8. We went from about R10 in the attic(if we were lucky) to a winter wonderland of blown in R-30! Sean doesn't just re-do your ducts...he is an artist of sorts. He re-configures your system and lays out your ducts to make your system work to the best of its ability. Our furnace no longer drones on and on trying to cool down the house. It quietly purrs on for short periods of time and quietly goes off. And unlike any men I know, they cleaned up after them selves every single day and at the end of the job....sent me a maid service for the day in case they missed anything! read more

I don't leave reviews usually, but I just want to share my experience so that others may experience the great experience I did. Sean was friendly and informative. He came and assessed our system and gave us several choices and options based on our goals and budget. After lots of questions, we decided on a solution that we moved forward with. Sean and his team showed up on time and got right to work. The team was friendly and worked as a well oiled machine to get the job done. When everything was done, I was really impressed with how well our system heated and cooled. I was hoping for better performance than our out going 30 year old system, but I was blown away at how fast it cooled/heated the house and how quite everything ran.
