They provided white glove service from quotation all the way through installation. I was simple to book a same day inspection and quote request for a new HVAC unit online. The repair technician Angel Perez was just that, an absolute angel. He was unbelievably kind and knowledgeable. After meeting with him and hearing him speak to other members of the company over the phone, I knew this was a special company. The employees spoke to each other like family. Once I submitted my signed contact online, Angel thanked me for choosing them and welcomed me to the family. Contract provides excellent warranty on parts and labor. Unit included install of ecobee smart thermostat, which I am in love with! Not sure how I got by all this time without one. By far the best quoted price out of the four I received. On the day of installation I received a text update with a photo and name of the lead installation technician Jon Neves. He and his team arrived right now time and finished the work exactly at their provided estimated completion time. The team placed a mat by the front door entrance to my house, which was a very nice touch, covered carpeted areas where they would be walking. After the job was complete they vacuumed their work space and it was like they weren't even in the house. The group of guys working in the installation took great care in everything they did. My installation required a crane to get the unit on top of my house and The Purple Crane was in and out quickly. The crane didn't disrupt my neighbors or even the trash service that morning. The crane was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend Steve's 5 Star Service. They offer a service membership for less than $20 a month to handle HVAC tune ups, water heater flushes, and any service needs. You read that correctly, they also do plumbing! They will now be my go to for any plumbing needs. I'm due for a new water heater and I will be contacting them in the near future to handle my replacement. My 20+ HVAC unit broke over the weekend and only Steve's five star service was able to accommodate a same day appointment. Christian came and recommended a replacement but that he'll get the system running long enough for replacement. I ended up getting a new system and was able to get an install date 2 days later. Jose, Dan and Jessie arrived on the day of install right on time. They were very professional, courteous and did meticulous work. I've been using Steve's five star service for our AC maintenance for a few years and their technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. This year I found out they are offering a membership special for both AC maintenance and plumbing inspection + water heater maintenance and the price was much better than doing them separately. Their AC specialist, Steven Wood, showed up yesterday for the AC maintenance. He swapped out the filter swiftly and performed other maintenance work. Then he let me know everything was fine and told me about his recommendations. Everything went very well and smooth Today, technician Sean Cialone showed up for the plumbing inspection and water heater maintenance. He was a very knowledgeable and experienced specialist in his area of work. Every question I asked him was answered with a thorough explanation. He inspected every faucets and drains inside the house, checked the water pressure from the water source to the house and then the water pressure for the water going into the house. He always checked the chlorine and ph level of the water. Inspected the water softener/whole house filter system. Again, I had many questions for Sean along the way and he patiently checked and explained the situation to me. Really appreciate it. The part that I appreciate about this company is their honesty. They're not trying to sell me packages or products whenever they had a chance. Recently got my own house A/C unit replaced by Steve's five star here in walnut, CA. Jose and Jessie took care of us and accommodated everything we ask for. You get a text/email with the tech picture when they are coming soon. They installed A/C on two of my family members house over the last 20 years. Those A/Cs are still going strong. Had minor issues and they came back to make it right. They are a team good installers and very experienced. With A/C Don't shop for brand shop for good contractors. I went with carriers before but now they recommend A/C pro ( made by Lennox). and I trust their recommendation. Can't go wrong with either. They provide good value and expertise. Very happy with them. I first encountered with them over 20 years ago, just to give a free estimate. Before they came I had my own plumber that I used at the time to give estimate, he told me it would need custom vent connectors and would cost a lot of money. When the guy from Steve's five star came, he gave me a quote that was a lot lower. It was 20 years ago so I don't have the numbers in mind. I went with Steve and their team came in and installed in one day. No mentioning of any special custom vent needed. I didn't think my plumber was lying to me I think he just didn't have enough expertise/experience to order the right part. I called this company because I needed Carrier facotry warranty for parts and they are listed on Carrier website. A big mistake. The tech tried to sell a new system to me and told me $12000. After I insisted on part warranty, the manager called me. They will charge a part warranty processing fee. So $900 to top it off 6 lbs of R410A, $4500 for replacing evaportor coil, another $4500 for replacing condenser coil. What is the chance when both coils are broken and this is just a 3 years old unit. They must have spent too much investing in AI agents and social media marketing. Insanely pricy! read more

This project consisted of trenching and installing a new 50ft 4"ABS sewer line, installing clean outs (including property line), removal of old sewer where applicable and abandoning the home's original 95yr old clay sewer pipe!! The project estimate was reasonable and everything was done to code/slope requirements and excellent workmanship. The technicians for this project were: Andrew Yerena, Will Eluir & Kaleb Araoz Andrew was the PM lead and everyone did a great job.
