If I could give zero stars I would. I did not get a chance to stay here because they cancelled my reservation the day before our stay. I reserved the room on May 1 to attend opening night of Woodyfest on July 9. If you don't know, it's the event of the year for neighboring OKemah. According to the hotels.com rep, they were doing maintenance so the room wasn't available which I find hard to believe considering the music festival is all weekend. I suspect they wanted to book the room at a higher price than I had paid. Fortunately, I was able to get another room at a hotel that wanted my business, but the last minute cancellation was not cool. read more

Owners are very friendly and rooms were completely rehabbed and beautiful. They accommodated our small dog and we had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Complimentary coffee, cereal and danishes are provided at the office. Definitely recommend. Peaceful and quiet. read more

Very, very clean. Looks like the Q room we are staying has been renovated. The wall paint, trim work, floors are obviously the work of a skilled contractor. Furniture ismodern. Extras such as wall dispensers with soap, shampoo, etc There is a small fridge and microwave. No coffee pot, but they offer it in the office lobby from 7am-9am with a small breakfast. Noticed only 2 breakfast tables, so a very small area. Bringing breakfast to the room might be a better option. Lucckily, I happened to bring my own electric coffee pot as we are visiting family, and I wanted to make sure I have a coffee I like with me. Such a pleasant stay which exceeded our expectations. Conveniently located off I40 with easy access, plenty of parking including for those with utility trailers. The parking lot is lit well which is a big plus, this is a motel so you're able to back right in to your room (yippee). TJ was super, engaging and friendly. I noticed right away the small lobby area has been completely remodeled along with our room. The room looked refreshing, modern and clean, completely updated including the sink and bathroom area. Had nice updated dresser, table w/chair, microwave, mini fridge and bedside laps had USB plugs so you can charge your electronics/phone. Shower was hot with great pressure, the bed is comfy and the AC/heat worked well, it's new. We are driving across country and we're looking for a place to hang our hat. We had some bad experiences driving through the US before and decided to employ yelp this time. We mapped out halfway between us and our next destination and found Henryettaville, Oklahoma. So I started looking to see what was around there. Now most hotels were rated anywhere near what this one was. So we selected it. Driving in everything around there is not nice. You will probably think how the hell can a five star hotel be anywhere near where I am. Especially if you go to the local Walmart. So don't. Don't go to the local Walmart. So anyway we showed up met one of the owners and got our room! Rooms smelled awesomely fresh and everything looked clean! Checked for bed bug signs as is my habit at ever hotel and nada. We were greeted cordially, & told of available coffee in the morning in the lobby by the person at the front desk. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable with all the amenities one could need. I absolutely love this place! Especially if you're traveling with dogs! They have great rates, really clean and updated rooms, and a wonderful staff. I stay here every time I do the drive from California to North Carolina and back with my two dogs and it is always an awesome experience with great service. This time I had the pleasure of being checked in by Lori (hoped I spelled that right), and she was friendly and accommodating! We're traveling to East Coast from Arizona and found good recommendations to stay at this older but completely renovated roadside motel on Google map search. Price was very reasonable for our budget. Front desk manager was friendly. The motel is likely from 50's-early 60's. The owner has completely renovated the rooms with all modern materials, charcoal gray, white decor, paint, new AC/Heat units. Floor was partial carpet/vinyl tiles. Shower/tub/wall tile all new. Wall dispensers for soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, showers gel were great. Everything was very clean. I brought my own soft pillow. Husband liked the firmness of the motel bed pillows. TV was new digital. Also, had microwave and new small refrigerator. The rooms are small but designed very well with new furniture. Parking space was right in front of each door. When we arrived there were lots of empty spaces. When we returned from dinner out the parking lot was full. Outdoor lighting was new and bright. We did not hear any outside noise. We felt very safe. Free but minimal breakfast offerings-coffee machine, milk, orange juice, dry cereal, package danish. We travel this route once or twice a year as we drive across country on I-40. We'll definitely plan another overnight stay here if we're in the Henrietta, OK area. read more

After a 12 hour drive we got there and they said they had no record of a reservation, but could give us a room for double the price we were quoted when we made our reservation. I loved the soft pillow. The air was turned on prior to our arrival so it wouldn't be hot and muggy in the room. The property was very clean and well-maintained. Rates are higher than a typical Motel 6. The rooms are clean and comfortable but not anything different than a motel at the lower end of the price scale. There is a pool but we didn't use it, mechanical problem. They offer a low end continental breakfast. All rooms are ground floor. Meh, not worth the higher price. read more

This is the best available in Henryetta, and it's a nice place. Owners and staff are kind, the rooms are updated, clean, comfortable, secure. You can park your car in front of your room. Just make sure to get some food BEFORE you find yourself in Henryetta, unless you want KFC or Arby's. The town is a mile or so down the road...not super close or within walking distance...which is good because the town itself is basically Meth-Ville USA. I didn't see one person with a full set of teeth. But as stated, the motel is removed from all that madness and it's very nice. Def recommend. read more

If you end up leaving Tulsa to make way for Shreveport and want to get an hour under your belt of drive time, I recommend stopping at the hotel. It is clean they have mattress covers. A little more pricey than a super 8 but clean with microwave, tv and bar fridge in the room. The shower was great. Great water pressure. They allow a late check out at no extra charge. Breakfast is available until 10 .00a.m which is a lot later than most. Unfortunately though at 9.30 the coffee pots were cold and there was hardly any food left. Other than that, it was a great place, clean and a good stop on the road. The GPS sent us off the road a bit and got confused sending us into the backstreets of this country town which at night was quite scary but eventually we found it. read more

I booked a room for Thursday night, January 18th and SPECIFICALLY booked a non-smoking room. When I checked in that night I was told they only had a smoking room available. I couldn't go anywhere else it was like 11pm so I reluctantly took it. I called the manager and these are some of the things she actually said to me: me: I was promised a non-smoking room and was told at check-in that there was only a smoking room available. manager: well you should have said that there was a problem with that, we could have put you in another room that was non-smoking and 2 beds at no extra charge. me: I was not offered that and was LITERALLY TOLD that only a smoking room was available. I obviously would have went with the non-smoking room. manager: well it's my word against yours so I'm saying they offered it to you. You should have asked if there was another non-smoking room. me: If I'm told that the ONLY room is a smoking room I would feel really dumb asking if there was a non-smoking room. So basically if you stay here, follow the manager's advice to me: "Next time you come here you have to ask if there are other rooms." HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY IF YOU CAN'T DEAL WITH BREATHING IN CIGARETTES ALL NIGHT!!!! read more

Found based off google & yelp reviews while driving cross country. Pulling up to it, especially in the middle of the night, I didn't have high hopes. It is RIGHT off I40 so incredibly easy to get to, but we were worried the rooms would be very loud. However my wife & I were pleasantly surprised with this little place. It is nothing over the top, but it was very clean with a very friendly staff. Our bed was comfortable & they have direct tv in the rooms. They have a "cold" breakfast in the morning which was different types of cereal, oj, bread for toast, & some muffins. They even have a nice open space in the back to walk dogs & it is very well lit. My only complaint is the towels are your standard inexpensive hotel towel, so small & a little scratchy. All in all, would highly recommend especially given the price! read more

When I called, the clerk was quite friendly and cheerful on the phone. It is situated next to the highway route 40. We were surprised by the cozy look of the inn. The front office was decorated with all kinds of plants and looked very country. The breakfast was no frill - two types of bread with individual jam, cereal, apples, juice, tea, and coffee. Front desk person checking us in was friendly. Very quiet. No noise for our one night stay. Be sure to bring shampoo & body wash. There are small packets of shampoo & body lotion. For the area, this place is probably the best. I paid 68 for a night. Check in took a minute. I think the front desk person copied my driver's license, which was pretty weird. It was clean! Our room had a fridge. No microwave or coffee maker. A/C worked well. The rooms need an update. The TV's are up to date at least! There's some visible wear and tear on the furniture. We stayed in a double room, and it wasn't as small as I was expecting it to be based on the reviews. Very quiet. The breakfast was toast, muffins, cereal and coffee. Pretty skimpy, but you get what you pay for. For the price, I was just thrilled that this place was so clean! All in all, not bad not bad. read more
