This is the first legal, licensed dispensary in Cathedral City and it just opened a couple of weeks ago. The location is right off Perez Road on Summit. There's lots of parking in the lot on the left side of the building. The building itself is recently remodeled and inside is bright and clean. I received a warm and welcoming greeting from the front desk as soon as I walked in. They had me sign up as a patient, which took a few minutes, same as every other place. The bud room is nice and large and seems sterile the way you'd expect it to be. They have a really great selection, especially edibles, many of which are made in-house by their resident baker. I was offered a few samples of cookies, fudge and a snack called Muddy Buddies which all turned out to be plenty potent. Wound up buying two 1/8ths of Shark Shock that were on special BOGO, too good to pass up! Also received a nice free gift package, thanks! I really appreciated the staff that helped me make some tough decisions, they were mature, patient and very knowledgeable. So at 66 going into a dispensary was very awkward for me however, the pain in my knee required me to seek options so there I was. Jason was extraordinary in explaining the process to me, going over my options for cannabis topicals and explaining the properties within those topicals. It was terrific to have someone as friendly and knowledgeable as Jason and for him to show compassion. There was a nice selection to choose from. I walked out of there with a product that I understood and with the comfort that I was welcomed back anytime. The cannabis topical definitely eases the pain and discomfort on a short term basis which allows me to go on about my daily activities. Thank you Jason for assisting me. I was happy to find a place that sells cloned plants, and they were having a very good sale the day I went. Brandon helped me find a type that he said would do well in the desert, as I'm very new to this. The place was light, didn't smell overwhelmingly of skunk, as some do, was light, bright and didn't make me feel nervous like I was in an illicit drug sales place. There was a nice selection of edibles too. Just want to mention that a sign said something to the effect that it sold for recreational use only. I waited for legalization rather than get a medical card, so it's fine by me, but I'm not sure what this would mean to other customers. read more

Had a great experience today at Green Cross Pharma. Looking for back pain relief, we first went to another area weed store. The employees tried a lot of double-talk, and the pricing was misleading. We left without buying anything. The next day we walked into Green Pharma. The difference could not have been more profound! Litza was pleasant, helpful, and found the products we were looking for. The pricing was clearand reasonable. It was clear that both Litza and Green Pharma value building a long-term client relationship, and not just a quick sale. I've been here a bunch of times and first time thought woah they have some good deals but after going to other places I've found they have the best deals. Here, there's great bud they grow themselves and a smart staff that all get along. This is my go to dispensary not just because of location and price but their strains smoke very well. Once, I accidentally spilt a coffee on the counter which seeped through the glass while I was high and embarrassed. I'd be happy to pay for any damages it caused btw.
