BEST dispensary in the desert hands down! I've been coming here every week consistently for the past 3 years and never have been disappointed. The Stiiizy brand is excellent. The black label bags of flower always hit really strong. I don't do vapes, but in the rare event I do like the Stiiizy disposables. They have the best prices, everything has always been very fair and reasonable. Every other dispensary in the desert will charge double than what Stiiizy charges. However my pod started leaking I made it in on the 7th day and was told I was a day late and given the support email which never replied to me going on 5 days lol. They are a very nice store and I was pretty satisfied with them and I bought some items there And the bartenders there are wonderful. I was very impressed. Then I got home and one of the vapes that I had bought did not work properly. So I had called the store and they Had said just bring it back in and they will resolve the problem. So I drove all the way to the store from Indio And my problem was and it was my own fault. I had misplaced my ID so I did not have it when I got to the store. So nobody there could help me because I didn't have any ID so I didn't have any proof who I was I only wanted to replacement for the faulty vape. It's not a big deal. Oh by the way it was made by tizzy. It was made by a company called STIIICY. Sorry about the sarcasm, but I was very angry cause I had purchase a big order, but I had forgotten my ID or I had misplaced my ID and I wasn't buying any new product. I just wanted to replace the one faulty vape that didn't work and they agreed it didn't work But because I didn't have any ID on me except for my phone that showed my California drivers license legally on my phone, but Izzy does not accept that or something. I don't know. So overall the place is good and they have good deals but if you have a faulty product maybe check everything before you leave the store. I don't know but make sure you have your ID when you go all the way there I don't know why I didn't have my ID but for some reason it falling out of my pocket at my house. And they have every right to not let me in, but I was just trying to exchange a bad product for a good product which they said would be no problem. Because they do say no exchanges but they do say there's exchanges if it's faulty within seven days and I was there within one or two days at the most I had bought the vapes on a Sunday so I went back by Tuesday. I'm positive. So the store isn't a bad storage just make sure you have ID even if you're not buying anything and you have a faulty vape and they said over the phone yeah just come in. I bought a defective stiiizy pod from this store and when I came back to return it they said since I don't have the box they can't exchange it but the box was thrown away because it worked fine for the first couple of uses. They have good pricing. Everything else is nuts. They run out of Cannavis syrup all time...they run out of products and can weeks to more in stock. They couldn't or wouldn't do a special and said they can only order Stiiizy products...all others they have no control of...I had checked weedmaps for over a week...so I had to start going to The Syndicate that takes 2 hours to do get. You need to take a lesson from them...they can place special orders and confirm the day it will come in. read more

The product selection is decent . Pricing is better than a lot of the shops in the area . Significantly better pricing than West coast cannabis . However They shuffle their sale days from one week to another . Which sucks when you come in on a specific day expecting a specific product and price only to find out it's the wrong day . . He phoned me back to tell me that they don't know what he's talking about. The budtender proceeded to tell him that the deal was coming from a third party. Clearly not, it's on your STIIIIZY discount menu for THE WHOLE MONTH OF JUNE! Needles to say they weren't going to honor the deal, so he left. Let's fast forward a few weeks, I decided to go to STIIIZY and buy Bear Labs BOGO $1. NO ISSUES, until a few days I decided to go back and buy more. The budtender proceeds to tell me that it was the Father's Day deal. I advised the budtender that it's not and it's on their discount menu on the their pages. I ended up just buying 1 because I didn't have time to sit there and argue with her. Decided I would come back later and talk to the manager. Well it was the same run around. Not valid, only certain strains and it was a Father's Day deal. Clearly it's not when it's on your website and it doesn't say anything about strain specific or a Father's Day deal. Products I'm satisfied with, customer service not so much, the woman with the curly hair was super nice but the other girl Alondra was super snobby & not welcoming at all. I'm fairly wealthy I was going to give them a huge tip but my cash was in the car, before that though once I started racking up a big bill she got more and more rude. You'd think that someone would be happy that you are coming in and spending a few hundred on your products but it was a completely different reaction. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to spend any of my money here. I'd rather go somewhere where I'm greater with a smile for spending a grip of money on some carts.
