I returned there recently because of a 30% coupon and I am on a budget. Staff is great, but they display "before tax" pricing, don't mention this, and $20. In taxes is a joke and frankly their prices now seem inflated as well. Seek out places with "out the door" prices if you are watching how far your dollar will go. Every time I go she is always in a pleasant mood, greeting everyone and following protocol. As I make my way into the store Jesse is another big customer service rep that takes the time to answer any and all questions regarding product, which he is very knowledgeable. I've gone to different stores where the customer service is lacking and didn't go back. I go back not only for the prices and product but a big factor that Dre and Jesse are there to help with your experience. I put both these valuable people on my lineup any day. Wow! The service was such a delight! I usually feel intimidated walking into a dispensary, especially for the first time which was the case today. But Lexi is an absolute gem! As soon as she greeted me she made me feel incredibly welcomed. She answered all my questions and even taught me a few things. They are really the only people winning at the game right now, manufacturing, and even distribution have become troublesome to say the least. The service is good at both locations. The budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. The selection is much better at the Gerald Ford store because it is much bigger. But if you ask for a product, they will try to carry it over at the Deep Canyon store. The issue for this business is in the value. The manager at the Deep Canyon store told me of an edible product he thought I would like. I did. Their labeled sticker price was $45 a bottle. I bought 3 bottles. The next day, I was at another local cannabis store, and saw they carried the exact same product in a pre-printed box (not a separate label) for $29. A $15 (30%) difference for the same product was something I thought the business should know about. I went in a day later to let the manager be aware of the big difference in price and showed him the pre-printed box. His response was: "We're a small company and can't compete." (If you have 2 locations, you're not a small company.) He offered no customer service, and barely an apology for such an overpayment. Point is: If you plan to shop here, make sure to check out weed maps first, or be prepared to pay a premium price. read more

There are plenty of other better dispensary options in the Coachella valley people. Do not waste your time or money coming here. The location is awful number one. The staff and security don't know how to work in flow with each other which disrupts the customer experience right off the bat. The bud tenders were not knowledgeable in the products they are selling which is a little scary being that these are psychoactive substances. One of the budtenders didn't even know the difference between distillate, live resin and live rosin . She tried selling me a $30 distillate vape trying to pawn it off as a high quality rosin. Big big difference between rosin and distillate and my lungs can feel it right away. With their lack of education and quickness to pawn off any product they can, it tells me they're not doing great business and they're desperate for returning clients. I'll keep going back to my regular shop in Palm Desert where I have a rewards program and get hooked up with the best rosin regularly and won't bother coming back here. You can buy cheap distillate vapes anywhere. Plus, the taxes and costs were much more here than anywhere else I've been. Another red flag. read more

Let start with welcoming greeting by Andrea (Security) at the door who was super nice and professional. Informed my friend and I about the special for today (7/30/21) while we wait to get in a d be helped. Invited us to water while we waited ( which was only 2 mins) and air freshener, pens, logo lanyards and pins. Ok now we enter and we meet Kaitlyn(Katie) who was super nice and helpful to me (my first time) was able to help me pick out something that wouldn't make me sick( like in the past) I wanted a pen that didn't have that sweet flavor, I wanted nothing but the herbs itself. So she showed me and gave me the price and I was good. Then the company gives you 48hrs (2days) to come back if it's defective. Super cool, because you don't get that at any of the side shops in LA. I'd never been to PRC before so I thought I'd try it out. I usually go to March & Ash or Coachella Greenery as both are very chill & have great customer service, but I was in the area so thought I would pop in to PRC & get some flower. On entry I habitually handed my ID to the security guard. The guard did not smile or offer any kind of welcome as she was mid conversation. The guard ran my ID & handed it back. I went to walk in & she moved in front of me putting her hand in my face & said I need your ID back. It was really odd & aggressive. I smiled & said ok & handed my CA ID back. There were no customers in the shop at all so I started to take a look around. There appeared to be 3-4 people working there & all chatting with each other. I walked up, smiled & asked if they take cards or if they have an ATM, they also offered no welcome just snapped back "ATM". At this point it seemed like a joke so I turned around & started to walk out. I stopped to pick up my ID from the guard who was still in conversation with the same person. She did manage to look up & told me if I was staying she needed to keep my ID. I said I was not intending to stay & asked for my ID back & walked out. All in all I would not recommend anyone go to PRC based on the very unusual customer service. My experience here seems to be consistent with many others. In a time when dispensaries have flooded the market & a lot are closing you would think that personable customer service & a welcoming experience would be standard. I'll stick with Coachella Greenery or March & Ash from now on. read more

This is a BRAND NEW FACILITY. They have a lot of extremely overpriced items. I guess I understand, their owner wants to rein his loss opening the store. Their prices change frequently. When a product increases popularity, they raise the price. The lady that was tending to the customers was flustered, she could not seem to figure out the simple printer machine. I waited over 8 minutes before I was said hello to, and after I waited the employee would t sell me the product at the labeled price. It went from $22.50 to $37.50 This shop needs to lower their prices to what others in the desert are selling for or they will loose more business then they already have. I will not be coming back, and I will make sure my social media following beards about this. It's Coachella season. Should would be a shame if everyone boycotted this location. read more

They were conscientious about following COVID safety measures. We had to wait just a little bit to get in. No problem. Their store was clean! It was very organized! Helpful staff! We were paired with an assistant who gave us her full attention. Even when another customer asked for help, she politely advised her she was with us at the moment and would help after she was done with us. I'm sad I didn't get her name.
