I liked that when he came to give me a quote he took a photo of the tree and highlighted on the photo where he would be trimming and how he'd go about it. This was much clearer and easier to understand than some other folks who gave me quotes and just gestured toward the tree. He explained his approach and why he suggested it and I felt very confident that he was knowledgeable and experienced. He also took great care not to squash a bunch of plants I had just planted under the large branch he had to cut off. He lowered it down carefully. We even asked them to trim a couple of large limbs after they got here to do the work, and they gladly added that in at very little charge. They asked us if we were happy once they finished one tree, and they cut another limb just to please us. Not only did they blow away leaf and sawdust debris, but they also blew away grass trimmings from our mowing the day before. They are polite and dependable. When we called the company, they were here to give an estimate the same day, even though the owner was out of town at the time. We can't recommend them highly enough! Their work is excellent, and their employees are the best! We called other companies for estimates, and either they never responded, didn't show up, or quoted an exorbitant price. They potentially could have delivered the same day, but it started raining and they preferred to not deliver it in the cold rain. They would deliver a full cord or a half cord. I only ordered a half cord after talking with Geoff, since it sounded like more than I would have expected. Indeed it was. They provided a generous portion, exceeding what a half cord would really be. The wood was excellent condition, seasoned firewood. I was super impressed with Geoff, very courteous, friendly, and honest person. He said if I had any issues with the wood to just let him know and he would make it right.
