I needed a move in cleaning done on a property in Auburn and she was so fast to get back to me and get something on the schedule. She came out the very next day and spent a solid eight hours going over every single detail in that house. When she was done the place was spotless. Before the cleaning we had some people interested but nothing serious. After she worked her magic we started getting two to three appointments a day to come see the home and now we are in the process of renting it out. That tells you everything you need to know about the quality of her work. She did a tremendous job and I am beyond grateful for how amazing the place looks. Shauna and Tasha were both very polite and professional. I was quoted $480.00 and told it would take 6 to 8 hours to complete the extensive and thorough deep cleaning in preparation for an open house. Unfortunately they didn't deliver what was promised. The cleaning that was done was below average at best. Window sills, door jams and blinds were left dirty. Baseboards were also missed as well as the grout in the bathroom floor. Shauna and Tasha were in and out in just 4 hours, not the 6 to 8 hours as promised and unfortunately the lack of a complete job was evident. And to make matters worse, we were charged an additional $100.00 for excessive pet hair, even though it didn't require any additional time... Called yesterday for a last minute job today. Spoke with someone and I was told to text contact info etc and they'd get back to me in about an hour or so. Today at 11 am I got a text saying they could show up at 1 and the price. Since I never heard back from anyone I started doing the work. Plus I won't be here at that time because I need to get my kid. Camp ends at 1 so it's not like I can rearrange. I must say that I've NEVER utilized a cleaning service before. I needed a move out cleaning ASAP for my 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse and sent a message on Yelp. Green Diamond responded first and quick too. The appt was scheduled on Yelp however, there was an issue with appts coinciding and was not able to get the original appt set. No problem, they scheduled it for another day. This is where it goes wrong. The cleaners didn't show when they were scheduled to. Got a message saying they were running behind due to another appointment. Ms. Karen, the owner apologized and made arrangements for the next day. Fast forward, Ms. Sandy, who was the head of the cleaning crew was very cordial, and professional. She made sure we both took precautions in wearing our masks. Sandy walked me through what they were going to do, and sent me pictures of what an AMAZING job they did. I felt really bad actually, because what was supposed to be an easy clean out move turned into a bigger job that anticipated. They spent the entire afternoon into the night cleaning the place up. They left after midnight. Sandy even went so far as to reprogramming or finding out how to work the key lockbox because I couldn't for the life of me remember the code since it had been 5 years since using it. This crew did such an AWESOME job. I cannot tell you how amazing they did! I am most definitely going to use them again in the future. Even my friends and neighbors who helped me initially try to clean up the place want to use them for their Move out cleans. Let me just say, WOW! These ladies, and their crew, cleaned the home I just sold so thoroughly, that I will absolutely hire them to clean my new place once I've settled in. The only downside is that they showed up at 3:30pm when our appointment was for b/w 10-11am (it was one of those days).
