The owner himself came out initially rather than a salesperson. Phil is a great guy, someone you want to do business with. Save yourself some money and get the job done right. I was impressed with the selection of quality turf material he offered me. I went with a two tone green with some realistic looking brownish thatch at the bottom. The finished look is a great improvement to my backyard pool area. I'm very picky and somewhat of a perfectionist. The sub-base they installed was flat with no humps and graded perfectly. It was amazing how they went right up to my existing curved landscape edging flawlessly. The seams were minimized and virtually invisible. The over 400 square foot job was completed in one day with his crew of talented installers. I am extremely happy with the pet turf he installed. My dog loves his new play area. JP and his team were all very respectful and clean with our entire property, not just where the turf was being installed. Always arriving early and cleaning up each evening before leaving. JP was also very responsive whenever we had any questions. Every little nook and cranny (even the spacing between and up to the fence boards surrounding our yard) now has turf over it. They truly went above and beyond making sure it was all installed properly and safe for our family. Mike is very knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance about how to build our custom playset. 2. Playset was ordered and assembled correctly 3. It was a RUSH order to have by Thanksgiving and they DID IT!! Thank YOU !! WRONG: The installers failed to cap all the sprinklers which resulted in a hole forming under the turf in the middle of the whole area. BUT it was CORRECTED: I spoke to Mike and although he was very displeased at the situation (as much as we were), he assured me he would have it fixed and he did. They came back and had to move some of the playground equipment to roll back the turf and properly cap off the sprinkler. Filled in the hole, compacted the area again and laid the turf back down. All was done efficiently and correctly the 2nd time around, and at no extra cost to us. So the bottomline: Good products. Wonderful playground equipment. Mike is a little "serious" (some might find him rude), but he gets the job done and provides great customer service.
