I disagree and figured I'd chime in so people knew this place wasn't terrible. It's a small shop so I can't imagine they carry everything, but they always have my tobacco and tubes. They've taken the time to explain to me how to use new items I've purchased and even gave me a vaping 101 lesson when I asked about it. As far as the attitudes, I'm sorry you found an employee unpleasant, but there are definitely a few in there that never stop smiling and are very funny and pleasant!

Everyone is welcoming, friendly and just truly great people. If you ever thought for a moment that humanity has lost it's humanity then step into this place and grab a handshake or a hug even if you don't smoke cigars because the men and women that frequent this business are truly angels on earth, so freaking nice! Carlito has since upgraded the walk in humidor to a mega size that has to be three times the size he originally started with so the selection of smokes available has literally tripled. If you like to experiment to find that new great smoke, let's just say the variety is so vast that if you smoke one cigar per day at this place it would probably take you almost a year to get thru all the options. Seating is plentiful but I don't think more than say 25 people can sit in this place but heck it's so welcoming that if I had to stand I'd be cool standing and shooting the shit with the fellas. Below is the pic of what I thought we would be receiving (I purchased the standard of this version -- which you would think would have a similar artistic touch/style but smaller or fewer flowers) below is what was received. Yikes ... ($81) When I called to let them know that the arrangement was not at all what was advertised, Kim became super defensive and not in a professional way. Her proposed solution was to "have someone pick up the arrangement for a full refund or pick up the arrangement and add more flowers to it" I said it would be embarrassing and awkward to retrieve flowers from someone who is in recovery... (from my aunt's perspective, her niece made a thoughtful gesture -- to have someone show up and take the flowers back or add some flowers only makes what was originally perceived as a nice gesture, awkward -- which an unnecessary thing to put my sick aunt through). Kim responded that SHE wouldn't be embarrassed (right, because it was ALL about her) and called me "too uptight". Anyhow, she continued to talk over me, refusing to let me get a word in edgewise... and then she hung up on me. Makes me super sad because I was being soooo nice and careful with what I was saying. I hate taking time out of my day to deal with negative energy, so I figured I'd let Amex deal with her and write this review so that others are put on notice about this place.
