This guy is ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!! His prices are MORE then DOUBLE...ANYWHERE ELSE! The cartridges for my Novo 2 are $8.95...his price is $$22.95!!!! The $20.00 vape that use....he charges $50.00. Someone in these reviews mentioned asking why the store was so dusty and got thrown out of the store. I went there in few times and today I went asked how long the vape juice has been on the shelf I was told not that long so I buy beard no 5 /6 nic(cheese cake with strawberry on top) so I drive home put a new coil fill my take and it taste like it sat there for a year. I did some research and found bout beard puts a stamp on each bottle to tell you when it was made this bottle is so old it doesn't have the stamp so the bottle is at lest a year old smh. My family member bought a product here more then double the price of the manufactures website or any where else at that . After 1 week there is a manufacture defect and owner refused to help knowing he paid more then double . When people shop at these stores they shop for service everyone knows you can get everything in these vape stores for half the money online .. the point is this owner could of done the right thing took it back call the manufacture sent it back not of lost one penny! He just lost a customer that spent thousands in his store the previous year . Place is a rip off ! ! !. They sized up a glass for my vape and it was the wrong size. Went back and they wouldn't exchange it for the right size. Riped me off! !! Rude fat chick told me it was policy no return or exchanges but they were the one that side the glass for my vape..Don't go there shady people. On two occasions so far I have gone there and left totally pleased... The first occasion a guy that works there around my age started up friendly conversation and helped me with my first juice purchase ever.. He then pointed me to my now favorite juice flavor. The second occasion as of recent, I went there and my vape mod wouldn't fire so they helped me figure out any possible outcome or things that could be wrong and found the source.. Unfortunately we weren't able to fix it but I got a new perfect mod that I adore. The staff is so incredibly friendly and makes you feel welcome. 100% recommend going there to anyone I know and it's my vape shop of choice.
