I just went there yesterday to get my son's ROTC uniform dry cleaned. The lady who tended to me was super nice and friendly--wish I would've gotten her name! After a terrifying experience of bed bug exposure in one of the Universal Studios resorts, Green Dry cleaners took on the project of washing and heat treating all the belongings we had with us including our shoes and luggage themselves in addition to our clothes. The communication was prompt, clear, and easy to. The service was exceptionally fast and professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional service. The bed bug situation though was a nightmare and I'm hopeful the treatment performed is protective for us and our pets when we return home. read more

Have mixed feelings about this cleaner. Took my clothes there on Saturday for same-day service. Had called on the phone only to get a telephone message. No person answered. When I got there, was informed that no same cleaning on weekends. Person took my clothes, asked for my email address , said I would get an email with the price and my clothes would be ready on Wednesday, after 5:30pm. Went on Thursday morning after 9am only to find out one of my outfit was not ready or at the establishment. If I wanted my outfit now, I needed to go to their other location. This was unacceptable to me. I got a call after 1pm telling me my clothes were ready. Not sure if I would return for cleaning again. read more

Before and after photos of my dress! I was invited to the Orlando Margarita Ball with 3 days notice. I frantically was calling around to dry cleaners in my area to find a place that could press a ball gown on short notice! The nice lady I spoke to on the phone said they could probably get it done in time, but they needed to see the dress first. So, I ran it over around 10am! They said they could have it done the very next day- and it was only $29. I received so many compliments on my dress- it looked brand new. I am so thankful for the girls here- they were so sweet, efficient, and I will definitely be returning again. read more

The staff is super friendly, the service is excellent (I have never had an issue with it), they have a very convenient VIP option that allows you to drop your cloth to be cleaned 24 hours a day, and they recycle the hangers! I am so impressed with this dry cleaners. I dropped off a suit jacket, pants and a shirt on Monday morning and they were done by Tuesday evening. They have great hours and are open at times when other dry cleaners are not. The staff was so incredibly friendly and it was exceptionally affordable. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Green Dry Cleaners! I personally scheduled a pickup with them at my hotel. They promised same day service! I was very excited and hopeful! Well, after being told by the owner of the dry cleaning service to bring my clothes to the front desk and that he would schedule a pick up..... THEY NEVER SHOWED! I called for an explanation and they blamed it on the hotel and gave no resolution. So now I'm left to scramble to find another trustworthy place with just hours to do so! Luckily I was able to find one who would "rush service" it for an even cheaper price then Green Dry Cleaners! Can't say i would recommend this place especially when they were unwilling to rectify the situation! Hopefully others have better experience in the future than I did! read more

I have never written a review for a dry cleaner before. I moved to Orlando 6 months ago and wear suits to work. I have tried three different dry cleaners - every one has an issue - either over priced, suits not cleaned even though I paid, and once I got home w someone else's clothes. No lie. Then I tried Green. Been there three times and they already know my name. The service - I mean - they ACTUALLY GIVE SERVICE! Not ticket / clothes / money. Actual conversation and they are attentive. They actually seem to care. Yea. Imagine that. I have to drive out of my way to use their service - but it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. And before you ask - no , I am not affiliated w this business at all. I am, however, in the hospitality industry and I recognize quality people products and service. Used to be great. Now clothes still com back wrinkled snd dirty. Only will bring shirts moving forward, but likely not even those anymore. My suit jacket still had dog hair on it...and was horribly wrinkled. My dress still had a deodorant smudge on it. What's being cleaned?? Shirts were done well. read more

I have used Green Dry Cleaners for 11 years and I am never disappointed. Their pressing is crisp and professional. My cashmere sweaters are folded with tissue paper between the layers and slacks have a crease down the front of legs. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and welcoming, especially Connie! Wow! I just went into this place to see about getting a couple dresses cleaned. Right off the bat the old lady working there seemed super put out that a customer was bothering her by being in the building (not sure what her ideal business model is.) No "hi how are you?" "How can I help you?" "Welcome to this dry cleaner" or anything. I explained I needed these dresses cleaned she snapped "well I need to see them" great! I'm holding them right here. I set them on the counter to remove one from its garment bag and I get "it needs to come out of the bag" yeah, that's what I'm doing here. Then "hang it on that" as she points to a rack nearby... cool, that would have been helpful at first. I show her the first dress and she says "we don't guarantee stains coming out" then just a dead eyed stare. Then she starts condescendingly explaining to me that when stains sit for a long time they are harder to get out. That was enough for me. I scooped up my things and left. There are so many dry cleaners nearby, no need to put up with this b!#€*. So for all I know they are very good at cleaning, but the customer service is utter garbage. read more
