Wreedone exceeded our expectations for our guest bathroom renovation. Initially a small DIY project, it turned into a major endeavor due to unforeseen plumbing issues. From the outset, Will impressed us with his responsiveness and thoroughness during the consultation. Their quote was competitive, and they accommodated our timeline, which was fantastic. We decided to do a full bathroom redo with a new vanity, toilet, tile floors and shower while keeping the existing tub in place. Throughout the project, Will and our project manager, Justin, were so patient with us. It took two months to decide on tile and get it delivered but despite delays, there was no pressure from their end. Once all the material arrived, they got to work quickly. In one week, they had demoed the bathroom, roughed in both the plumbing and electrical, and got started on waterproofing the shower. Christmas time hit, and we had to take a pause for the holidays, but come January, they were right back at it. Justin did a great job lining up each trade and making sure the schedule was maintained as closely as possible. There were unforeseen issues that popped up, as they tend to do with renovations. We found our toilet flange wasn't originally set properly, and there was a vent pipe going through the shower wall where we wanted to install a niche. Each time we found these new surprises, Justin was quick to flag them and ask how we wanted to proceed. There was no pressure to do more than necessary. I very much appreciated his honesty and ability to troubleshoot any problems that arose. He was always quick to communicate and available for a call no matter the time or day. He paid special attention to making sure the bathroom was done right, and we were happy with the outcome. This involved things like: * Having the tiler remove and relay several shower tiles that had settled askew. * Calling the tub refinishing tech to come back out to smooth some pooling in the glaze at no extra cost. * Fixing the drywall and repainting when a leak happened during the tub fixture install and stained the ceiling in the room below it. * Managing a few last-minute changes like swapping out the plain glass mirror for a lighted one that required a new plug to be installed. Overall, the project turned out great. Our 1980s bathroom is now modernized and is the nicest-looking room in the house. I contracted Wil and his team to remodel our upstairs game room including the demolition of a balcony railing and the addition of a wall in its place; the addition of a uniquely and thoughtfully designed wet-bar; a counter-height desk/buffet, and wood floors. I am beyond pleased with the final outcome that Wil and his team delivered!! I had been thinking and sketching out ideas for this reno for awhile, and actually had Wil recommended to me by a friend. New flooring was installed by Wreedone throughout my mother's house. Our expectations were well exceeded by Wil and his team. They assisted us in choosing gorgeous flooring, and the work was finished on schedule. Our project manager, Justin, was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful and professional. My mother was a little uncomfortable about having her cherished items moved and having others in her home without her being there. Justin was amazing, and I don't think I could have finished this project without him. He went above and beyond to help with this project in addition to making sure my mother was at ease throughout. Bottomline: Would definitely recommend. Wreedone was courteous, quick, thorough, and great quality. Wreedone did several repairs for us to get our house "rent ready". Spencer Stewart was the project manager but we communicated several times with Wil. Spencer and Wil made the process so easy! We wanted a one stop shop that we knew would do the job right. That's exactly what we got. Wil did a great job keeping us up to date on the financial side of things. Spencer was easy to coordinate with and willing to make adjustments whenever we needed. We had probably 15 cracks in our drywall repaired, retextured and repainted, a small repair on our roof, a repair on our indoor fireplace, drains in the whole house checked and snaked, caulking done, a few fence slat replacements, a downspout repaired and a few other odds and ins. Everything for the project was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. Wil made sure that we were happy with everything before wrapping the project up and insisted that he would do whatever was necessary to make sure we were pleased with their work. I talked with 5-6 contractors to remodel our master bathroom. I really liked Wil when I met him at our bid appt. He's a very easy-going energetic guy. Working with him, Spencer, and Keith was a great experience. He made suggestions based on other clients and showed me pics as I was picking out the tile, knobs, cabinets, and all. He pushed me a little at times for pieces or styles and I'm glad he did. He challenged me to step out of my thinking. We had a new HVAC unit installed over the summer. There was a problem when we turned the heat on this fall. So we had the installer return. They said we had a bad breaker and that's when we called WREEDONE because we used them last year with good results. We had two other minor electrical issues to check out besides the breaker. We had a schedule that required the work to be done before the weekend and though they didn't have an opening, they made arrangements to come on Friday afternoon to accommodate us. They checked all three issues out in less than 30 minutes. Corrected the non-working outlets. And though they could have installed a new breaker... they checked it and it was ok so they left it alone. Great honesty and great service by very courteous and professional workers. We had an insulated window in our living room that was broken. I made an appointment with Wil to take measurements and obtain an estimate. We agreed on the cost and the window was placed on order. In a few days Wil notified me that the window was ready and set up a time for the install. His workers arrived on time.
