They were able to come very last minute, on a holiday to accommodate my need. They did a great job, paid attention to details, and at spots that I was not completely happy with (due to there was still construction going on), they returned and retouched it until I was happy with the result. I raised concerns multiple times and asked for specific notes to be added to our account so that the cleaners knew where to pay attention, but despite those efforts, the issues continued and in some cases worsened. It included simple things like the TV console and desks not even being dusted to fully missing cleaning entire rooms. At that point, it became clear the problems weren't being effectively addressed.
