All aspects of the company were excellent: from the initial contact, scheduling, sales, and installation. I was indeed fortunate to to have agreed to the project. I am certain everything performed will be of the greatest value. I would highly recommend all aspects of the company to anyone who would like to make inquiry. The Yelp site and how to navigate it was confusing. I had to call Eco Solutions to lead me through navigating it. After everything was done I had to speak to the installation manager, Jim Stoffey, apparently a relative of the President of the company, Joseph Stoffey. I have a number of disabilities, including ambulation and visual acuity. The manager wanted me to inspect all the work. Everything for which I had safe access was done with the highest workmanship, which I had inspected, but I indicated I couldn't safely or physically have the ability to crawl up into the attic. He insisted I had to or the warranty wouldn't be honored. He was absolutely rude and a contrary personnna to everything I had experienced up to the moment I spoke to him. Don't get me wrong I have the highest praise for the product installed and the workmanship, but there is no way Jim Stoffey should have any contact with the public. I called to speak to the President or the company manager, Yette Yurko, but both had left work for the July 4th holiday. While I was out of the house a representative did leave me a phone message assuring me that all aspects of the warranty are in force. That satisfied my concern. If, however, I had spoken to Jim Stoffey and his insulting and demanding approach had been revealed up front, I would have never agreed to having the work done. Knowing that now, the reader of this review can be assured of all the quality workmanship, courteous and enhancing presentation by the sales person, and responsive office staff. Seriously, though, just don't speak to Jim Stoffer. Hopefully he'll be re-assigned to counting electric switch plates and he can be rude to them without any consequence. read more

Green Eco Solutions secured me the best deals I could find for Green Home Improvements. They just recently completed a job I contracted them for and I absolutely love their amazing work they have done on my home. They replaced all my windows and installed a new entry door. The replacement windows are going to help reduce the draft in my house and will help reduce my utility bills as I won't have to use as much heat and air conditioning to regulate the temperature in my house. This increased energy efficiency also means a lot to me, as I am someone who is environmentally conscious. I was contacted by Green Eco Solutions after inquiring about updating my home to 21st Century energy standards on Home Advisor. The company seemed eager for my business. Account associates were personable and able to handle the myriad questions I had. Ended up doing a huge home upgrade project, including the following: Energy Guard, Radiative Metallic Wrap for the length of the attic, replaced every lightbulb in the home with LEDs, weather-stripping doors, and finally, 16 solar panels. Installers were solid. Produced nearly 600kWhrs in the first 30 days. One issue with stapling through a cable wire was handled quickly, and without resistance. Having trouble with my energy supplier. Can't seem to figure out that I am producing the energy I am. Would have gone five stars had that not tainted the experience, at no fault of Green Eco, presumably. We will find out in the near future. Sent out a follow up inspector, and was happy to do a testimonial video for the company. read more

In doing our research, we did not see the other company's with this. Green Eco Solutions sent a sales person. He was so knowledgeable, professional and not at all high pressure. As roofing experts, the Enfinity shingle with solar shield radiant barrier blew us away. Then the Guardian Elite Series Window, rated 1 by energy star for the most energy efficient window, sold us because of our high energy bills. Lastly, affordability I believe for everyone is an issue, which was handled perfectly for us with a no interest deferred payment plan. I spoke with a wonderful lady who explained their different products to me and walked me through what a roof replacement would look like. She answered all of my questions and they even sent a representative over to my house to show me the samples of what I can get, in person. Once I decided, I locked in my favorite shingle. Roscoe and his brother did an outstanding job of installing the windows in our home. They arrived promptly each day and were always cheerful even though it was so cold outside and snow all over. They explained things as they went along and explained how the windows operated and the ease of cleaning. I would highly recommend these two guys to do windows in any house. The salesperson, Bryan, was friendly, courteous, and professional with sound knowledge of the company's product lines. We contracted with Green Eco Solutions to install a "blanket wrap" (insulation) in our attic to save 30% on our monthly electric bill. The job was completed efficiently by 3 workers and the area was all cleaned up and scraps taken away. They also wrapped our hot water heater and AC and heating ducts, installed an energy guard to stop wasting "ghost energy" and provided insulation for all outside receptacles.
