I went through a nightmare experience with the owner of ANOTHER glass company that installed my new glass shower doors. Long story short we had to pull out the new shower door because he ruined my shower threshold so we had to replace the threshold. So I called Jack's Glass & talked to Eric the GM, he said he could send two guys out to reinstall my glass shower door within a few days. The two team members that came out were absolutely amazing. Terrible! Ordered one piece of CLEAR plexiglass for an install in Maryland ? When I arrived at the location in Maryland and removed the protective wrapping on the plexiglass to proceed with the install, I discovered they gave me frosted plexiglass instead. A total waste of money and time as I was not going to drive back to Allentown to return it. Thank God there was a Home Depot and Lowe's near my location that saved the day with clear plexiglass. Not the same dedication and customer service as the old days when they were on eighth Street. read more

We've had two shower glass showers installed by Jack's. Wonderful job. About a year later, I noticed something amiss within the glass on one bathroom. A tech came out to review, diagnosed the situation and told us what to do. He used a product on the glass and, voila, the problem was taken care of. My rearview mirror fell off a replaced windshield (from a shop that is now out of business). I took it to Jack's Glass and they reattached it for a VERY reasonable price. However, BMW rearview mirrors are notoriously difficult to reattach straight. I mentioned that I was not happy with the alignment and they told me no problem, come back and we'll take care of it for you. They spent quite a bit of time on it on the second try, but they got it PERFECT, and there was no additional charge. Everyone was very friendly, even the poor techs that had to deal with my difficult car. Jack's Glass now has another loyal customer! read more

I needed a piece of glass today for tomorrow's job and my dad offered to pick it up for me. Our regular place closed so he tried Jack's. It was only 23.25 x 32. Dad told him it was for me, a contractor. He was charged $32 for a piece of 1/8" glass, about double what it should be and refused to give him a receipt. read more

My passenger door glass was shattered. My insurance referred me to Jack's Glass. Within minutes of calling my new window was on its way to their shop. AAA delivered my car, all within an hour of my initial call. By 10 am the following morning my car was free of shattered glass, the window was installed and I was on my way. Get estimate in writing. They charged me twice as much as local hardware store. I only learned this after the fact. I had a 34"x56" screen replaced, and they charged me $47.70 I could have bought a new Anderson frame and screen at Home Depot for $27.00 I wish I new before being overcharged at Jack's Glass.
