The first two times I used Oxifresh services, they did an excellent job of removing stains and deodorizing. The third time, the tech refused to do the job when I showed him the stains. I spoke to the owner Fred who confirmed that they clean pet stains but not human stains because humans carry all kinds of diseases. In fact, animals carry even more diseases than humans and usually do not receive timely diagnosis and treatment. Fred agreed to send the tech back but upon returning, the tech informed me that I was speaking to him in a demeaning way and walked out. In fact, I was treating the tech as an equal in attesting to have a rational discussion. I need to have my carpets cleaned and disinfected every other month. This company used to give excellent service but Fred informed me that he would not do business with us anymore. Fred has a very narrow perspective on who he will serve. Like many people he refuses to do business with old ladies who don't know their place and men with Alzheimers.. congratulations Fred. You must be very successful if you can turn away a customer who has their carpets cleaned every other month.

When I asked him, "if you do not move furniture you should have mentioned it during your estimate visit or a day before coming so that we would have been prepared accordingly". And that also, he just shrugged and said you should have asked me. 3rd: The corners of the carpet were dark after the cleaning, and when we asked them why it is not cleaned, he said "I" have to get down on my knees to clean it. The machine wont clean it. With him 18 years of experience he should have mentioned what all he can clean and cannot, but anyways we learned it hard way and honestly didn't wanted to argue with him. After they did cleaning, I have called 2 other professional carpet cleaner and asked if they can get the corners clean and everyone said YES (this is the part of the service) they will themselves scrub it off. If I can say anything, he was too hard on himself: because the carpet was badly damaged and there were a few spots he was unable to get up. All in all, everything was refreshed.
