If price wasn't an issue, I'd basically live here! They have a juice and coffee bar and a pantry area of health-conscious goods, but I'm more for their refrigerated section lined with salad variations, breakfast dishes (overnight oats, chia seed puddings), soup, chicken salad, desserts (energy bites, "healthy" Twix bars, and even cinnamon rolls!, etc.), ready-to-heat dinners like lasagna, and a lot more. My favorites are the chicken salads, beef chili, cauliflower chowder, and carrot-ginger soup. Most of their salads are delicious, with the Blake Bowl, Glow Bowl, and Power Bowls getting top marks. :) The English Toffee cookie is also totally delish! It's on the softer side but perfect for the sweet tooth. :D The parking lot usually always has space since the shops in the area are mostly in-and-out stores. The inside is bright, simple but pleasing, and open with a few tables for dining in. Service has always been friendly. I do wish they would put nutrition facts on their products! I normally meal prep for the week but recently found myself in a pinch and wanted a couple of healthy pre-made meals so I popped over to Green Fork & Straw. Their online ordering system leaves a little to be desired and often doesn't list all of the meals that are available in store so I usually go in person to browse. The grab and go meals are simple, healthy and delicious. Could I make them at home and save some money? Sure, but it's nice to have the option not to! I've drove past this place many times in route to Trader Joe's and decided to pop in and try it out. The parking lot is fairly spacious but there is a ton of construction being done so it's easy to miss the turn in. Once inside they have food in the refrigerated section along with all of your fresh cravings. From smoothie bowls to pressed juice there was a lot to choose from but I went with the host recommendation, the serenity and it was pretty tasty. I wasn't a big fan of the warrior smoothie tbh like it was cool I think it's just a lot of flavors going on at one time for me haha . Lots of good stuff in there though . Ok I walked in here with a craving for a chocolate chip cookie and perhaps a nut butter fruit smoothie of some sort. Compared to many places I have tried, their juices are so delicious, I got thoughtful, compassion, love and inspiring. Their recipes are just right and have the right amount of everything to overcome the bitterness of some of the green juice, without it being overly sweet. Everything is organic which is amazing and the prices are very affordable. They use a high speed juicer so you would want to drink juice same day. The coffee smoothies are so good- I have been trying to recreate them the last 2 months at home and have gotten pretty close but mine aren't quite as good. Cashew Herb Nori Crackers... it tastes like a Tiger Eye sushi roll, so full-bodied and full of flavor while still being vegan. Totally my favorite of everything!
