So I can to tj for the first time due to a bad experience at cookies up the street and I don't have…read morecash so I go to the atm and the atm is saying unknown code then it locked my card after several attempts so I go outside and called my bank to unlock my card and reset pin I leave to go get my other bank card because I'm thinking it might not work again so I came back in to take off $20 from the atm with my other debit card and I kept getting the code 012 saying that it was unable to process the transaction because amount to large(mind you I have money in my account 20$ for sure). Then I go try one more time and said the same thing this time the worker told me I could use my debit card at the counter since they accept debit cards so I try and it said withdrawl amount exceeded. So I go to my car I am freaking out because I've never ever had this issue and been to 30 plus dispensaries and I look on my card and it said that I completed two 25$ transactions and have 0 dollars, also mind you the workers both times watched me at the atm I did not get any cash. So I go back to the store show the worker my transaction that it got completed twice ($50) and he said that the arm machines didn't belong to them that I would have to call the number on the atm. So boom I go over call the number to the owners and it tells me the easiest way to handle the transaction is to call the back of the card which would take 2-4 weeks to dispute the transaction. This is the worst experience ever it's really a bad idea for them to have atms that don't belong to them in there especially if they can't do anything for their customers. I'm sorry but the way it got handled was horrible I will not be ever going there again for the fact that they have dysfunctional machines. Their product is very broad and well stocked, the store itself smells nice and is always clean and comfortable. However, one of the strengths that shine bright about this place is customer service. Ever since I have been coming here the budtenders have always been regular, which allows them to understand and remeber what you prefer. They even remeber my name and occupation!!! Particular shout out to Justin, who is one of the most knowledgeable bud tenders I've ever dealt with, and always makes great recommendations toward my preferences. They know their product. If they don't, they're honest about it. They pay attention to the needs of the customer. They are genuinely rad people who seem to like to connect with their patrons.
