Our experience with this company was good at the beginning, but we have noticed a trend of them offering extra services, on top of the monthly fees. We paid for some of them, like weeding or re-seeding, yet the weeding work was not properly done, and our yard was still full of weeds. Lamberto started the practice of offering new services like grass aeration for $150 a pop, which we understand business owners should do, however, when given feedback about the basics not being covered (e.g. weeding), and when asked to first make sure the services we had paid for were properly done before upselling, he negatively reacted to this feedback and abruptly stopped servicing us and responding to messages/calls. An owner-customer relationship based in trust works even when opportunity feedback is shared. read more

Green Gardens Services are A-MAZING! I wish I would have taken before and after photos. They were super responsive upon initial contact, showed up on time, and did a bang up job getting years of weeds and overgrown grass removed from the yard, all up and down the driveway, and on the sides of the house out of the gravel. They also reshaped the lawn, edged and mowed, and did some pruning of the hedges and ornamentals. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and I'm so happy with their work. They're going to come back and take down some 40 year old overgrown and half dead photinia and regravel the sides of the house and the driveway. I can't wait! We looked for a landscaping company to prepare our yard for spring and also re-new our mulch and river-rocks through most of our yard. The work included pruning, trimming, edging, weeding and thinning out trees, bushes and shrubs and also bringing all the necessary mulch and river-rocks.
