Lees did a great job laying new sod and putting down all new mulch. My yard is really sloped, that handled that well giving me great tips for the future. The sod is in great shape, and was clearly put down with care. I've also hired them for periodic lawn care, and so far that has been fantastic as well. The price came in right in the middle, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I feel like I got the top value for my money. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use. read more

The owner of this company is a scam. He's extremely rude and very bad at communicating. He simply doesn't deserve your hard earned money. I don't generally leave negative reviews unless it is absolutely warranted. People need to know who they're dealing with. The owner first scheduled me for a project start date that was 1 month out and then abruptly cancelled the project on the morning he was supposed to start it. I even had the cash deposit ready to go. I checked with him a few days before the start of the job, asking him to verify whether the materials were in stock. Just like anyone else, I just wanted to avoid any last minute surprises. He confirmed everything was in stock and we're set for the project start. The day before the project starts, I ask him what time they'll show up. No response. ON THE DAY OF, he calls me and asks for more money because some materials were all of a sudden out of stock in the store location that's most convenient to them and that they have to travel to another store to get the materials. Seriously? The owner is extremely unprofessional. DO NOT do business with them. They just don't deserve your hard earned money and will leave you hanging in the air. He'll respond on reviews giving people life advice so I'm including an actual screenshot on here to provide evidence. read more

I hired this team to re-level my old patio flagstones, install some new flagstones, remove a lawn, demo a fence and other old structures on the property, build a new cedar fence, and install gravel parking spots on the property. This very positive review is long overdue. In June our daughter's backyard was overrun with blackberry plants and we wanted it cleared--no small job. Two representatives from Lee's came, looked around the property with me, and gave a reasonable quote for a one-day job. The yard had to be approached via a back "alley" overgrown with blackberries and other vegetation but still accessible by truck--if we could find the owner of the vehicle blocking that access and persuade them to move for the day of the work. Fortunately the blocking vehicle was moved out of the way for a couple of days, allowing Lee's crew to come in and get the work done. Though it ended up taking one and a half days we were extremely pleased. The blackberry canes were uprooted and removed, rendering our daughter's backyard useable again. We used Lee's to install steps on a garden pathway and to replace a dead area of lawn. Santiago and his crew arrived right on time, and they got right to work. Because of the garden's location, the guys had to carry heavy blocks up to the installation site. It was hard, heavy work. They did a GREAT job. The next day, they removed a section of dead lawn, de-thatched the area, and laid down seed. Again, they did a wonderful job! Lee's provides great service and very fair prices.
