Louis did an amazing job and I would recommend him to other friends…read more I am very picky with my car and dont trust anyone to compound and polish my paint. I was blown away by the work. He spent a total of 4 hours amd made my black paint come back to life. Wash, wax, clay, compound, polish! The paint looks WET...it hasn't looked this good since I first bought the car 10 years ago. I will be using your services again in the future and also letting all my friends, especially with black cars know about your company!

I was a little worried at first as this was offer up... but after a brief messaging session I could see he was educated, polite and professional. He told me he had some cars to do the next morning in Miami, but lived close to me and would call me when he was near. Well, he touched base with me and told me the time he would arrive, and he was on time. He had everything he needed in his car and told me he would let me know when he was done. My car was already quite clean, but I wanted it to get some love as my "new" used car. He definitely did just that! There were spots I thought were permanent as it was a used car, but he got every single one of them up. He was here and working for TWO HOURS!!!!! He thoroughly detailed the car inside and out, and waxed it for an absolutely AMAZING price. When he was done we thoroughly looked at the car and I found nothing wrong with it. I am used to getting a rag and getting all those nooks and crannies that they missed, but he missed absolutely nothing. We engaged in a little conversation, and I found him to be such a nice and professional guy. I am very happy to have found him, and look forward to using him again. Don't hesitate. Check out the pics. Shoot him a text at 239 530 8574, tell him you read about him on YELP! :)

Initially, my experience was pretty good when I went to see an Atlas I found on Facebook. The…read moresalesman, Rick, was friendly, though he became noticeably pushy and concerned when I decided to take a night to think about the purchase before committing. The next day, I arranged financing through my bank due to past negative experiences with dealerships finance department. When I returned with my bank check, the finance manager, Drew, was clearly unhappy that I was not financing through the dealership. He aggressively pressed me for my loan terms and, despite my hesitation, I eventually shared them--but I refused to provide my Social Security number or allow him to run a credit application. Rick also encouraged me to provide my current vehicle information so they could evaluate it for purchase. After running the numbers, he sent me back to Drew. At that point, Drew became extremely unprofessional and said, "If the finance manager actually got paid for this sale, I might have worked out something with your car, but because I didn't get paid, I won't even consider it." I found this behavior completely inappropriate and disrespectful. As an older woman purchasing a vehicle on my own, I felt he was trying to intimidate or pressure me. Additionally, I was promised two new front tires and replacement of a faulty parking aid sensor. While the tires were eventually installed (after repeated follow-ups), the service department refused to replace the sensor and instead offered a discounted rate. This was especially frustrating considering I had spent over $35,000 on the vehicle. I even have text messages from the salesman confirming the sensor would be fixed, but I was told that verbal assurances or text messages outside a formal contract were not sufficient. The sensor is an inexpensive, straightforward repair, which makes the refusal even more disappointing. This experience has cost them not only my future business, but also that of my friends and family. Was it really worth damaging your reputation over a $200 repair? Lesson learned: get everything in writing. Promises made during the sale clearly don't mean anything here.

I purchased a used 2018 Range Rover Velar from Murdock Volkswagen in Logan a couple of years ago,…read moreand the experience since then has been nothing short of frustrating. Just a couple of weeks after buying the car, I started getting low coolant warnings. I topped it off several times hoping it was just low, but it quickly became obvious there was a real issue. I contacted the salesperson I bought the car from, who checked with their mechanics. Their "solution" was to keep adding coolant because it was probably just low. When I asked if they could at least look at it, I was told they "can't work on luxury cars" and that I'd have to take it to Range Rover. Meanwhile, my purchase came with a "monthly service package," (which I'm sure I paid an absurd amount of money for) so I took the car to the Murdock Volkswagen service department anyway. When I came to pick it up, no one from service was even there. The front desk told me my car was still in the bay and the keys were inside. When I got to it, the trunk was wide open, sitting like that for who knows how long. At that point, I lost all trust in their service department and never used the monthly inspection again. In the end, I had to pay $4,000 out of pocket to fix a coolant leak that clearly existed before I bought the vehicle--an issue Murdock Volkswagen either overlooked or covered up. Which reading the reviews now doesn't seem to be an uncommon occurrence here. And to this day, I still have problems with the car. At this point, it's practically worthless. What makes this even more disappointing is that I wanted to purchase a Volkswagen Tiguan in the future. But after this experience, I will never step foot in this dealership again, and I will never recommend Murdock Volkswagen in Logan to anyone.

I though dealerships you manufacturer parts but I guess not. They did drop the price after I mentioned it but how many people trust them and are getting screwed. Also, they don't tell you until the end that there is a 2.5% surcharge for using a credit card. I didn't know business charge the surcharge for credit cards. I know businesses get charged by the credit card companies but I have never seen a business pass that to the customer. A little notice ahead of time would have been great. Anyway, I'd watch out for this place, make sure you review line by line what they are charging you for.

Almost a good buying experience…read more My wife and I purchased a brand new car at Murdoch Hyundai last week. Overall, the dealership experience was fine - everybody was friendly and curteous as one would expect them to be and the finance guy was actually decent and didn't try to puch a bunch of extras on us. My problem was with the salesperson, Adah. She was friendly and responsive but was virtually clueless about the options and features of the vehicle we were planning to purchase. She thought the 147 horespower Hyundai Kona had "about 300 horsepower". She said the vehicle we bought (Kona N-Line S) had adaptive cruise control which it didn't on that trim level. She said the navigation works without a phone being paired which it doesn't. She suggested that there is no need to follow the 7500 mile oil change interval specified by Hyundai and instead said "most people just stretch it out to 10,000 miles". WHAT!!! Why would recommend I void my warranty??? She said window Tinting would be done on Tuesday - it was done on Thursday. Basically, I felt everything coming out of her mouth was just a guess that she was comfortable presenting as fact. Overall, I have no problem with the dealership but having a salesperson make so many mistakes misrepresenting / incorrectly representing a vehicle is unacceptable.
