I signed up for a membership and EVERY time I go they still have to come out and check me in manually. In addition, they have closed early "due to maintenance" several times the last couple of weeks. Not a personal experience but I also have a dear friend who went through the south location, and a piece of trim was ripped off in the wash. Upon discovery they did nothing to help when the piece of trim was found IN the wash. Would not recommend if you have a new car. read more

New car wash in Logan! I ended up getting the monthly unlimited membership because I hate when my car is dirty- especially in the winter!! The employees were very helpful when I pulled up & got me all set up! There are different pricing & you get $5 off when you sign up- up until their one year anniversary in October. So, hurry! They scan your plates so every other time you go you just pull up! The actual car wash is way nice. Brand new & well taken care of. They have someone guiding you in, and then you're all set! There are indoor and outdoor vacuums right when you pull out- they have rags and cleaner available too. So clean to your hearts desire!! I love this place!! A good wash, but beware of deceptive advertising, price gouging, and awful customer service. I have paid for single washes here before and like the facility, so I decided to sign up for an unlimited plan. Family plans are advertised on Judge's website as being 50% off. The least expensive package you can sign up for with the family plan is the Gold, which is currently $26.99/month for a single vehicle (prices are set to increase at the end of September). Thus, at 50% off, one would expect to pay $26.99 for two cars since that is the normal price for one car. I called several weeks ago to confirm that my understanding of the pricing was accurate and they told me that it was. So last night I went into the office to sign up and was charged full-price for the first vehicle and $14 for the second vehicle, for a total of $41 per month. After getting home and realizing how much I had paid, I returned this morning to ask for a refund. They refunded the $14 for the second car, but told me that since I had washed the first car last night they wouldn't refund the $26.99 because that would involve giving me a free wash. I think that's the least they could do, considering their fraudulent advertising. Moreover, when I signed up last night, I was concerned that I might be paying for August even though it was August 31st, so I asked about their billing cycles and they assured me that it would be for a full month from whatever day I purchased the plan. I said: "So if I purchased on the 15th of a month, it would be valid until the 15th of the next month?" and they confirmed that was the case. Well, it turns out that was a blatant lie. Their billing cycle apparently ends on the 27th of each month, so now, after paying full-price for a plan that I don't want, I don't even get a full month of washes. I noted that they also advertise $5/month for your first month of any unlimited plan, and they said that's only if you lock into a contract paying full price for four months, and that it doesn't apply to family plans. In short, don't trust that they are giving you accurate information in their advertising or in any conversations you have with employees. Best Car Wash in town. They have a great coupon in the Smiths on the back of there receipts. The vacuums are great, even have an indoor area if it's cold outside. Just a great place and wouldn't go anywhere else to get my vehicles cleaned! read more

I don't take leaving a bad review lightly.. I used to think this carwash was great and very convenient. Unfortunately, they don't stand up for mistakes their employees make. I had gotten done with work and had my ladders on the top of my vehicle. I put my car in park, told them I was going to take off my two ladders which traveled with me that day for 300+ miles, but the employees assured me that it wasn't an issue and I didn't need to remove them. He said he would make an adjustment that would prevent any possible issue. When I went threw, I felt the machine almost pick up my car and it ripped one of my ladders off while ripping the crossbar and the roof bar off. My ladder is destroyed and my car needs to be repaired. The employees clearly told me that it was okay and that I shouldn't remove my ladder. They never mentioned that if something somehow happened even though the employee told me to not remove the ladders that I would still be held 100% liable. Obviously I would have simply removed my ladders if they were afraid this might happen or they told me I would be held liable after asking. I honestly trusted that they knew what they were talking about and now I have around $500 damage to my car and parts and they say it's all my fault. What kind of a company that cares about its customers does this? I would honorably have taken fault if they didn't tell me that it was going to be fine, but they did do that. Their machine caused damage to my car because their employee assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that a simple adjustment to their system was going to prevent any possible issues. They didn't tell me that if somehow it ruined my ladder, rack, and roof that I'd be liable still. If this was my business, I'd understand the struggle, but I'd also take responsibility for my employee's mistakes and compensate the damage that was caused from miscommunication and misunderstanding. I'm very disappointed in how they have handled this and I believe that any business that doesn't put their customer's first and aren't willing to take responsibility for what their employees told their customer shouldn't be in business or don't deserve much of it. read more

Be careful when going to this carwash! We asked the workers if we could go with 2 ladders on the top or if it was better to remove them and they said no problem just go ahead don't need to remove them. My car rack and ladder are broken now! It's more than 200$ on damage. They said this is my fault now even if I asked before. I could have removed them but I clearly asked if I needed to remove them and they said NO you don't need to just go. The owner replied the claim email saying that this was my fault even if I had audios and videos with the proof of what I was told by the workers . Bad service be careful friends the customers service is awful they replied saying that it's my fault and I should read signs. Not impressed. There sign says $3 for a wash between 7-9am. I rolled in at 7:30am and was told the wash is now $5. There's a sign 40 feet in front of me that says $3. I sat there fir 10 minutes for there "system to reboot ". I was done. Background out of their driveway and headed somewhere else for a wash. read more

How do you charge $20 and they have buckets up water and brushes that you have to use to scrub your own car?? They run out of the office to put your credit card in the slot and press the buttons and try to up sell you but then they watch you scrub your own bumper?? Literally 2,3-4 people sitting in the office watching you scrub your car as a guy sprays 3 oz of some mystery liquid on your car and that's it.......This is an embarrassing and lazy business model.
