Not a personal experience but I also have a dear friend who went through the south location, and a piece of trim was ripped off in the wash. They scan your plates so every other time you go you just pull up! The actual car wash is way nice. Brand new & well taken care of. They have someone guiding you in, and then you're all set! There are indoor and outdoor vacuums right when you pull out- they have rags and cleaner available too. So clean to your hearts desire!! I love this place!! We have been on the road for about 2 weeks now, starting in Washington, DC, so our van was grody. For $6 and only 4 minutes of our time we left with a pretty clean vehicle. Two people are standing at the opening of the wash with hoses to prewash the hood, roof, and back of your car. Then you go through the automated wash with big rollers and sprayers and such. The basic wash didn't get every single speck of dirt, but like I said, our van had a very real layer of dirt and dust on it. It only missed a spot or two on the windows. So I'm happy!

The team tried many things, but did not give up. They finally found a product that would remove the road paint without damaging the paint. I am very pleased with the results. While I was there I watched the care they gave every customer. I am impressed with their attention to detail.

I was a little worried at first as this was offer up... but after a brief messaging session I could see he was educated, polite and professional. He told me he had some cars to do the next morning in Miami, but lived close to me and would call me when he was near. Well, he touched base with me and told me the time he would arrive, and he was on time. He had everything he needed in his car and told me he would let me know when he was done. My car was already quite clean, but I wanted it to get some love as my "new" used car. He definitely did just that! There were spots I thought were permanent as it was a used car, but he got every single one of them up. He was here and working for TWO HOURS!!!!! He thoroughly detailed the car inside and out, and waxed it for an absolutely AMAZING price. When he was done we thoroughly looked at the car and I found nothing wrong with it. I am used to getting a rag and getting all those nooks and crannies that they missed, but he missed absolutely nothing. We engaged in a little conversation, and I found him to be such a nice and professional guy. I am very happy to have found him, and look forward to using him again. Don't hesitate. Tried to cancel my membership 4 times and finally got it cancelled and they would not refund out…read moremoney back to us. They also did not ever honor their promotion in the beginning of the monthly service. Do not trust what they tell you Below is a screen shot of them saying that if I provide contact information they would reach out to me and they are sorry that this happened. I gave them my contact information and they called me back to repeat the same information saying they can not refund my money because I used it 2 times over the 4 months that I was trying to cancel my membership with them. The person at the car wash told me they would refund my money and to go through the wash because I was already in line and they made the mistake. What a horrible horrible scamming company. By the way, when I asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold and then hung up on me.
