The entire group works as a team and every time I go to the office I am greeted and helped immediately. Darren is thorough and extremely responsive, offering his contact info by email, cell phone and text message. If there was a time I called and it went to voicemail I would receive an immediate text message to inform me that he was either with a client or in a meeting and would return my call ASAP. He even kept in touch about listing my house while he was supposed to be on vacation. He has fantastic local knowledge and when we were looking for land he was willing to drive around for hours down gravel roads and in rural areas to walk the property with me. The selling process with Green Group is very different from any other agency I've worked with in the past. After an initial face to face meeting they do a pre-marketing campaign to increase interest before it goes on the MLS. They also use professional photos for the listing, including aerial drone photos if needed and offer the use of a professional to help give you advice on how to "stage" your home for showings. I've personally worked with Darren 3 times in the last 2 years and recommended him to my parents who were looking to move to the area. I think its safe to say I would highly recommend Green Group to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. However I think first-time buyers would get particularly amazing benefits working with an agent like Darren. When looking for homes in the Wilsonville, OR area, I signed up for notifications of new home listings in the Villebois development. This site was run by the Green Group. When we talked to the agent, Darren Piper, he impressed us with his knowledge and relationship that he had with the builder. Prior to placing an offer, Darren provided us with the latest information - especially regarding a particular model of home that we were interested in. When we placed an offer, Darren was able to negotiate extras that were included in the home construction.
