He gave me 15 minutes of his time and some good suggestions on where to start, and even referred me to a surveyor named Dan Gilbert who works out in this area and has really low overhead and felt it would be much more cost-effective for me to contact Mr. Gilbert. I'm so impressed by his generosity and willingness to put my interests above his profit. If I ever had a major issue concerning a survey or land boundaries, I'd surely go to Statewide for help. With a staff of 30, they are serious about the business and I'm certain they possess the expertise to handle any problem.

This place was terrible to work with. Contracts were signed in April and the job was NOT started…read morefor two months. They were very slow getting completed paperwork into the county for consideration. As the owner said, we really dropped the ball on this one. My realtor and myself made repeated telephone calls to request updates and we were literally lied to. Papers were claimed that they were submitted and reports should be back later today or tomorrow were still sitting in there desk - I assume unfinished because they still weren't submitted the following week either. Hire someone else! You won't be sorry. It's not worth it to lose the entire building season waiting for these guys.

PARK PLACE APARTMENTS !! #1 there is NO Assigned Parking ! Like its posted on the ads! There is NO dishwasher in some units! Most things inside are outdated! POOL has not worked in years!! At this point I'm sure it won't ever work! They said it was getting repaired when we moved in in 2024! Now 2026 still not repaired ! There is never someone in the office!! Office is always closed! So if you want to talk to management you have to play phone tag or email tag text tag! With them! If you decide to go to the office in Portland 7800 sw Durham rd suit 300 and ask to speak with the Property manager they hide and say they are not there! So you will never get to actually talk to anyone in person!! There is NO COMMUNICATION with them at all!! Our monthly rent bill was always off ! Because they kept adding a "conservice utility bills" to our rent saying we are behind on it! We would have to call Hanna to fix our bill! Property management changes every month!
