He's not getting the proper training that's needed to be successful! And is constantly getting blamed for other people's mistakes as well l for things that are way out of his control. I don't know where this attitude or kid fit came from? They're either intimidated by my husband being a hardworker, something personal is going on between the Forman and office worker or whoever, or they're mad because they don't know how to handle situations like a grown adult. So they throw a fit and play the blame game! Pathetic coming from a so called "Family" company! Can't imagine how these people are outside of their jobs. Whatever it is grow up or leave whatever personal issues you got with my husband to yourself! Not only people aren't mature enough to hold themselves accountable here! But they're also immature to even be acting like this in the first place! What kind of examples are they setting? And why play the blame game! If grown adults work here then freaking act like it! And set your employees up for success! Not for failure! And learn to suck it up and hold yourself accountable instead of playing the blame game like a immature child! If this kind of abuse continues I'll be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau! And they wonder why no one lasts over there, and wants to work. Our initial call was to Customer Service. Their procedures were clearly explained and, based on our list unwanted items, an initial estimate was given. A choice of an estimate-only visit or an appt for junk removal was offered. This company will do same-day removal or schedule a convenient day and time range. On day of removal, we received a call giving their arrival time. The guys who came were hard-working and pleasant. They made an effort to pack the truck in a compact manner, reducing the cost from the original estimate. The JunkLuggers donates items, if possible, and will provide a donation receipt if a customer wants. We would use them again and rate this business 5 stars.

I definitely won't go back to that place again if they would've had a sign out there that said how much they were paying I would've turned around and drove off. The two young guys that work there were nice. One of the young men insisted on caring of my bags to the scale for me, which was nice. But I am not in capable maybe that's why I got charged when I did.
