The "Foreman" straight up yelled at my husband saying "that it's his fault, and he needs to stop acting like a supervisor " When clearly he wasn't! ! He's not getting the proper training that's needed to be successful! And is constantly getting blamed for other people's mistakes as well l for things that are way out of his control. I don't know where this attitude or kid fit came from? They're either intimidated by my husband being a hardworker, something personal is going on between the Forman and office worker or whoever, or they're mad because they don't know how to handle situations like a grown adult. So they throw a fit and play the blame game! Pathetic coming from a so called "Family" company! Can't imagine how these people are outside of their jobs. Whatever it is grow up or leave whatever personal issues you got with my husband to yourself! Not only people aren't mature enough to hold themselves accountable here! But they're also immature to even be acting like this in the first place! What kind of examples are they setting? And why play the blame game! If grown adults work here then freaking act like it! And set your employees up for success! Not for failure! And learn to suck it up and hold yourself accountable instead of playing the blame game like a immature child! If this kind of abuse continues I'll be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau! And they wonder why no one lasts over there, and wants to work. And no wonder why they only hire "Family and anyone related to them" because they'll continue taking their lashes of abuse. They tell them jump and they say "oh I wish I can" any other person with self respect will leave asap because they know their worth.

Till now I am asking them for the difference since replacement works fine but just not in the best cosmetic condition. Spoke with his wife and she said she would look into the situation but till now still waiting. People make mistakes but we never got an apology or any empathy from these people, they just wanted to cover up their mistakes and get us out of their way! I had just taken down a large above ground pool and all of the supports and equipment associated with it. Also had other miscellaneous junk. Although Mesa has a disposal service beginning at $31, they would not have been able to take the refuse I had. It weighed too much, too bulky, etc. Also, I didn't want to wait for the yearly Mesa free disposal dumpsters to arrive probably not until May or June. Renting a trailer was out, because by the time I rent the trailer and dispose of the refuse myself, I'd be paying the same amount if not more than I paid for service yesterday. There would've been fees due to the pool. Finally, I have a large landscaping project that will begin soon, and I just wanted to get the crap out of there. Plenty of junk removal services out there with good reviews. I checked out a few, read the reviews, and went for best junk removal. I like their truck. Charge was 350, but there was quite a volume of material and a lot of junk. It was worth it. They were very conscientious about making sure they only took what I wanted them to. Fast and efficient. I would definitely consider them again, if I have more junk to get rid of in the future. I guess they also do some demolition such as removing sheds and some structures.
