They are always slow, 4-6 weeks for any repair I've needed. This past winter I asked them to look into why it wasn't charging well. They picked it up in November 2024 and I didn't get it back until March 2025. They said the batteries were fine at that time ( I had replaced them 16 months prior), it was a bad charger. So I paid for a new charger. I used the mower one time and it would not run. The guage showed a full battery charge, but it wouldn't run. Sent it back to them and it took a month for them to tell me the batteries were bad. When they brought it back to me they did not bring my charger back. In March when I told the woman on the phone I needed it back ASAP because I'm 67 yo widow and I had to push-mow while the rider was in the shop, she was surly and said push-mowing was better. No compassion. Poor service. Questionable knowledge.

Zach met with me and spoke by phone several times to review some specific concerns prior to installation to accommodate future plans for the yard. The office staff was accessible and responsive regarding scheduling. The work was completed in a day. Despite the warm weather, the high quality grass seed they use where the lines were installed is growing back well already and the system has worked well as designed. Zach has been responsive to several follow up calls I have had regarding operation of the system and I am learning how to work the watering schedule in the phone app which is extremely convenient. They ruptured a…read moregas line using a regular shovel, they ripped up the internet cable causing the whole neighbor to be with out internet for 2 weeks. They were told not to install any heads in the right of way. They did and then they removed it. The overall sales person (RICK HARRISON) who I directly designed my system with, did not communicate to the installation team the type of sprinklers I wanted and where to install the back flow valve. They also had to install a pressure pump, due to low pressure for $1400.00. I specifically told Rick where it needed to be in relation to the electric outlet . I had the outlet installed exactly where Rick said it had to be. I then spent $200.00 to have an electrical outlet installed. When I checked their work after they left. I found an orange extension cord lying on the ground, in a pool of water ,connected to my $200.00 outlet, they installed the pump to far away from the outlet. I again had to pay another $200.00 to move the outlet so the pump can connect directly to the outlet. Then the pump cracked and stop working, the back check valve cracked and had to be replaced. this is after I had them winterize my system. It has been nightmare of a project. Everytime they came out, something was wrong. I finally had to ban them from my property. it is now several years later and the system is worse than ever. I have spent a lot of money in repairs. I basically will have rebuilt the system by the end of this year. Do not use this company. Beware of Rick because he is smooth but does not follow through.Get everything in writing, get a design of your sprinkler System before they install (they want a $150.00 to do so)

Through some research on yelp and google, I eventually had 3 different companies come out and quote me. Including Dever and MIG. I don't leave many reviews on social media, but I trusted Dever's assessment of our situation above and beyond any of the other companies. His recommendations not only ended up saving us from Wasting unnecessary $, but he also identified a couple trees which he recommended for me removal, which I hadn't thought of. And he was right. When they were removed today it was obvious they had major termite damage internally, which I never would have been able to identify myself, nor did any of the other groups mention it. If we would have left those trees, we would have had some substantial risk to our home and other structures if they would have fallen naturally. Dever and his team's communication was quick and did exactly what they suggested they would, in the timeline they originally presented. I'm super pleased with the overall results, how they cleaned up, and the value of this entire project. Im not sure how far MIG travels but if you're in or around Williamson county I would definitely recommended talking with Dever and MIG.

I had one tree up against my house and they took great care to make sure it fell away from anything that could be damaged.
