The sign said they would be back at 12:45, it's now 1pm and no one is here. No less than 15 cars have pulled into the parking lot and tried the door before seeing the sign. As a business owner being closed during everyone's lunch break is wild! But losing out on 15+ sales seems like a really poor business model. We want to support y'all but can't say I will try this again.

I contracted to have 4 closets organized in April. Sales rep came out and sold me closet…read moreorganization for $14,000. Sales rep told me that the installer was GREAT! He had been installing for her for many years and did flawless work. I did not get that installer apparently because he destroyed my sheet rock and did not install the closets as was laid out by the rep. I sent a bunch of photos to the office and they sent out the installers boss. The finish on a lot of closet pieces were missing the factory paint. Appears like I got second hand materials or things not used on prior installations. Looks like it was in the installers truck for a while. Installers boss came out on 6/21 and confirmed that the closets were not installed correctly. He seemed shocked. He said replacement parts would be in 2-3 weeks and they would come out (he and installer) and make it right. I have left many messages with no action. The guy at the office told me that it takes 4-6 weeks to get materials in and that the installers boss didn't know what he was talking about. It seems like everyone is pointing fingers at someone else. I just want my closets fixed so I can use them. I do not recommend using Home Depot and their installers in Tennessee. Do your homework. I wish I would have. Now I'm stuck with this and no one from Home Depot is assisting me. I am attaching a few photos of the problems.

Both honestly were a bit of a let down. While I get the seasonal décor being limited because it's not there to stay, the limited options for exterior patio and yard lighting was a bummer. It was essentially an endcap. The store was clean, organized and in good shape. Service was non-existent, but we did not seek anyone out either. From entry to exit, we were not engaged at all. Passed several Associates on the floor and while we did self-checkout, the Associate running this area was on their phone during our checkout. Not a big issue, just surprising. Overall, this location is your standard Home Depot location and when in the area, if the need arises, I would have no issue swinging back through.

They told me to take the broken toilet to the nearest Lowe's to start the process, so I did on Friday, 7/25/25. Customer service took the broken toilet and assured me a replacement would be delivered by the following Tuesday, 7/29/25. Waited until Friday, 8/1/25, and still no replacement toilet, so I returned to the aforementioned Lowe's to check on a status. Customer service had no indication of any exchange from the previous visit. They asked if I had the toilet with me. No. I left it the previous week, when I initiated the exchange. After some time, they found some notes from the previous customer service employee documenting the exchange. They assured me it would be processed and that a distribution center which they called while I was waiting had marked the PO# as "received" and it would be delivered in the following days. That interaction took over an hour. Another week passed and still no toilet. So I returned to the aforementioned Lowe's on Friday, 8/8/25, just after 5PM, I believe. The customer service employee told me that I would have to call the distribution center myself on Saturday and there was nothing she could do. She gave me a #. I called the # on Saturday morning, as instructed, around 11:00AM. The gentleman on the phone told me there was nothing he could do on his end and that I needed to return to the Lowe's location and speak to customer service. I did, around an hour later at 12:00 or so. Customer service told me that they were going to call the center, but they are closed on Saturday and they would call the center Monday AM and then give me a call. They confirmed my #. I left. Monday I waited until about 1:00PM and called Lowe's, after not hearing from them yet and not wanting to miss the window to follow up that day, and I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. I hung up and drove down to Lowe's for a now 5th visit in the last 3 weeks or so. Upon arrival, I was told that the toilet would not be shipped for another 3-4 days. I asked for the order to be canceled and that I would simply purchase a toilet from another source. They complied with my request and I was credited for the toilet. This was beyond frustrating and a huge waste of my time and energy.

I called the store to make sure that the order actually was there and ready for pick up because it is a 30 minute drive in traffic. The person I spoke with put me on hold to check and make sure the order was actually there and ready for pick up and she assured me it was. I drove to the store to be stand at the counter for 15 minutes while they searched the computer for my order. When they found it they told me "sorry, we don't have your order and have not had the product in stock all day. No, we can't give you a refund, but they will process it tomorrow." I called the corporate office and they confirmed that the Store, not "the system" confirmed that the order was ready for pick up Hard to imagine how any place could be run more incompetently run.
