I had to remove about 800 square feet of rocks, 6 inches deep from my backyard (shovel and wheelbarrow). The soil was very compacted and I contacted Green Hills for advice on preparing it for sod. This was my first encounter with Shane and Bianca and their advice was helpful and spot-on. When I finally got the soil prepared I gave them a call and ordered the sod to be delivered and installed. I had many questions and Bianca took time to answer them completely. Within two days Shane showed up with the sod and had it installed in about 40 minutes. And he continued to answer my questions and gave me a rain gage for watering. The sod looks great and the customer service was very valuable. In my opinion the cost was very reasonable.
