Although they did a good job on installation, they don't stand behind any of their products. We've had 3 bushes changed out 3-5 times each as they all kept dying. And 2 of those bushes they replaced with the wrong bush. And one of the trees in our backyard died after 4 months and the owner of the company said "don't worry, trees have a warranty of a year". We reached out to them a few weeks ago and they refused to replace It saying It was only a 6th month warranty (6 months would be in the middle of winter and we wouldn't know if It were dead or not). When we confronted the owners, they took It as a threat and said they'd post screen-shot texts telling us It was only 6 month warranty (they did send those texts), but they didn't show the texts us saying no deal. And there's nowhere in the contract about 6 month warranties, they verbally agreed to give It a year (I have texts of me asking the owner to look at the tree at the 4th month point). Nonetheless, we've had friends in the neighborhood who used them and had the same issues. So please if you're redoing your yard or new to the neighborhood, I wouldn't suggesting using Power Landscape

I'm getting the runaround from this company following an incident that occurred on I-25N, about 12…read moremiles out of Fort Collins, on 8/19/20, while I was traveling cross-country. I was driving in the left lane, and a Long's Peak Landscape truck and trailer were in the right lane. In a bumpy construction zone, a rock flew from their vehicle and struck the hood and windshield of my car, causing damage to both. My daughter was in the passenger seat, and she was able to grab some photos quickly, before the truck exited the freeway. One photo clearly shows another loose rock on the trailer. Being in the left lane, I wasn't able to follow the truck off the freeway, but I called the company at my next rest stop. The very kind receptionist assured me they would take care of the damage, and she asked me to send photos and full information, which I did immediately. They asked me to get a repair estimate, which I provided to them after I arrived home in CA. After 2 weeks passed with no response, I reached out again and was told to file a claim with my insurance company, which would then work with their insurance company for a resolution. Three months have now passed. My insurance company has been reaching out repeatedly, and Long's Peak has refused to put them in touch with their insurance so we can resolve this. My insurance company says there's nothing else they can do if Long's Peak won't cooperate. Now I am faced with living with the damage to my 2 year old car OR paying the $1000 deductible to get the damage repaired myself. Long's Peak Landscape was irresponsible in operating a vehicle with loose rocks on it, on public roads. I'm contacting an attorney to see what it will take to get this settled.

He talked me into this "wonderful" spray and I wouldn't have weeds for 2 years. Well guess what? WEEDS I wanted a sprinkler system assessment, he said ok and they would do that and turn on the system for season. I needed some other stuff done as well. I asked that they let me know when they were coming, nothing. They supposedly came and did stuff when I wasn't home. They started up my sprinkler system but I still have not gotten the assessment. I do not recommend this company at all. No follow through and I think they don't do half the stuff they charge for.
