I have had a fountain on my back yard for 26 years years. What started out lush and beautiful had become ugly and an eyesore over the years. After talking to several landscapers about demoing the area and a redo, Even had the closest vision for that area to mine with a new fountain to replace the old one. There was also a need to paint the wall that runs along the backyard. The brick planter we have had deteriated with stucco falling from the constant watering. So my invoice had power wash and paint wall. Replace stucco and paint brick planter and remove plants, bushes, bamboo, trees and fountain. Even and his crew did a most awesome job and they did it in one day. They also took all the debri with them. It came out better than I would have thought. Clean and simple. Spent a while looking for a landscaper to install artificial turf as well as a small succulent garden in the front "yard" of my townhome. It was somewhat difficult to find a company willing to work on only ~100 sq ft, as they had cost minimums. After many hours of calls, texts, and at-home visits with different landscapers, I received several quotes that were all around the same price. Ultimately, I went with Even at Green Land due to his kindness and open communication-- and I cannot tell you how happy I am with that decision! When Even first visited my home to look at the space, he was so thorough in his explanation of the work required as well as the pros and cons of certain plants, rocks, and other features. Even was super knowledgeable and courteous, asking if we owned pets (we don't) as one of the plants wouldn't be ideal for curious pets that could bite into it. I could tell that he truly cared about the quality and longevity of his work. As we moved forward (and as I waited for HOA approval...), Even also sent pictures of the plants and rocks we discussed, just to make sure they were what I wanted. I was able to make changes and really felt comfortable communicating exactly what I was looking for. Even and his crew were so friendly, fast, and hardworking. We had 2 potential sprinkler leaks and messaged several companies on yelp for help. Even responded immediately and was able to show up the next morning (faster than anyone else). One of the leaks was a quick easy fix that he didn't even charge us for, and the other was something more significant. Even had no problem crawling back into the tiny space behind our pool to dig out a broken sprinkler pipe. It was honestly unfair to ask him to work in such a tiny space but he was on top of it. Even's prices were very reasonable and we ended up asking him to additionally install a new smart sprinkler timer in the front, balance out the sprinkler output across all our plants, and install some additional runs as well. Even was very knowledgeable about our plants, which needed more water and which needed less, and adjusted our sprinkler systems appropriately.
