I had to quickly find a gardener to clear out the huge weeds we had in our patio. Our apartment failed our annual inspection because of it so we were given 3 days to take care of it. First of all, before I get started, this review is coming from an old man. Too old to work, crippled, physically decrepit, and on a low fixed income. But I'm also old enough to know what matters. Character matters. Integrity matters. Professionalism matters. They showed true care for an old man in my situation. I was never sold: I was well informed of what they had to offer, presented with options, educated on the "pros and cons" of each option, and allowed to make my own choices. I presented the Perizify people with a short list of personal concerns about my limited resources, limited abilities, and, if I'm being completely honest, my low fixed income. Instead of shying away, or standing strict and firm, they were willing to work with me, which showed true concern and true care. Once negotiations were done, we set the date. They remained in contact until they was standing in my front yard. I was actually on a phone call, but they were patient with me, and work with me while I was talking on the phone to my healthcare providers, and never stressed me about time, or looked to me to hurry up. Afterwards, I took them to the area that needed to be worked on, and was very few prompts, the process was set in motion. I posted before and after pictures so that you can see what they had to work with, and what they turned it into. Everything was done in just a couple of hours, and they actually went further than what had been discussed, and ended up doing more than expected. We had Jose fix our sprinklers and hook up our drip system to the sprinkler system. At first he did a great job. We were very pleased; however, after he finished, the drip flooded, and we had to text him multiple times to get him to come back and fix it. He had to fix it twice. Once he did, the drip started making an awful screaming noise. We texted multiple times to have him fix it and he completely ghosted us. We've never been able to get a hold of him since. read more
