I have reached out to Uber multiple times with no resolution. We paid over $7,000 for him to "fix" our sprinklers and do landscaping yet all of our plants have died and the sprinklers definitely aren't fixed. Definitely do not recommend! Another update, looks like my post got his attention but to no surprise he is not taking accountability for anything! He did another entire section of our yard that has all died!! Yet he feels like he is not responsible. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY! We had to replace ALL of the plants he planted because they all died due to no sprinkler use (all of the plants died 2-3 months after he was finished) see new photos with planters. We called Uber when we read all the wonderful reviews. He came out and gave us a very high bid. $ 500.00 to $600.00 for 2 guys for 2 hours each week. He called (same day ) and offered the job at $400.00. Since he was so positive he could do the job we hired him. The first time he came out he stayed less than 1 hour, he did have a helper but didn't finish the yard. When called regarding the yard not being done he said he couldn't do the entire yard each week. In their first two visits, they really cleaned up our yard that had gotten no maintenance for a few months. So it was super awesome. Over the following two months, however, the service was really quick -- around 10 mins per visit with two people, which means I was paying easily over $100/hour/person. The quality of the work is what you'd expect with such quick visits (e.g., they didn't find out our irrigation system was never on even though some plants were dying -- would have been great if I didn't need to ask them to take a closer look multiple times). Also, there have been a few no-shows that I had to follow up (took too much time at the previous customer; change of service day of the week; holiday; after holiday delay). It seems like they have more customers than they can handle. So I just switched to a different gardener who charges by the hour. read more

I've used Green Plus Landscaping twice now and have had a total of three trees removed. They grind the roots and I haven't had any problems with regrowth. My beautiful tree we inherited when we bought the property 5 years ago had to go because it was too expensive to trim and it was outgrowing the yard.
